The flat can accommodate 3 people and offers an ideal base for a relaxing holiday by the sea, yet within easy reach of some of Italy\'s most fascinating historical sites and a thermal park.

La Casa di Allegra, is part of THE RESIDENCE with a shared swimming pool and manicured gardens, where guests can relax in peace. The flat is beautifully furnished with a mix of typical Tuscan pieces in chestnut wood and also very elegant.

The living room has a sofa , flat-screen Smart TV, dining table and wooden and wrought-iron chairs, an ideal space is set aside for breakfast that partially separates a part of the elegant kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and Moka coffee machine.

A glass door leads from the living room to a private, partially shaded balcony with a table and benches for breakfast, aperitifs and al fresco dining.

The RESIDENCE has a large swimming pool with a spacious garden, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. An outdoor shower is at guests\' disposal.

The complex is located in a quiet area of Venturina Terme. The village of Venturina Terme is a 1-minute drive away. Here you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The nearest supermarket is 300 m away.

The nearest beach is located in the Rimigliano Park and is only 4 km away. For lovers of crystal-clear sea, try the Gulf of Baratti, only a 10-minute drive from the house.

As an alternative to the beauty of the caste\'s beaches, you can visit and take advantage of the Venturina Thermal Baths, which are located right in front of the residence, or the famous thermal lake named \'il Calidario\', about 500 m away. Here, guests can spend a relaxing day, and can contact the spa reception to book massages or beauty treatments. The spa hotel\'s swimming pool has thermal water at 31°, while the pool at \'Il Calidario\' has a temperature of 35°. Tennis and paddle courts are 200 m away. For more active holidaymakers, there are several hiking trails in the area.

The beautiful city of Florence and the famous Chianti region are about 2 hours away by car. Pisa and its Leaning Tower are 1 hour from the House.
