It is just a 5-minute drive from the golden sandy beaches of Rimigliano Park and the Gulf of Baratti, yet also very close to famous rocky coves with crystal-clear waters—most notably \"Buca delle Fate.\"

Sleeping up to three people, the apartment serves as an ideal base for a relaxing seaside holiday, while remaining within easy reach of some of Italy’s most fascinating historical sites and a thermal spa.

The residence boasts a large swimming pool set in spacious gardens, offering guests a lovely spot to relax after a refreshing swim. Guests are provided with two folding deckchairs in the house, which they can take down to the pool area themselves. An outdoor shower by the poolside is available for guests\' use.

The nearest beach is located in Rimigliano Park, just 4 km away. For those who love crystal-clear waters, we recommend the Gulf of Baratti, located just a 10-minute drive from the house. As an alternative to the stunning coastal beaches, you can visit and enjoy the Venturina Thermal Baths—located right across from the residence—or the famous thermal lake known as \"Il Calidario,\" situated about 500 meters away. Here, guests can spend a relaxing day and book massages or beauty treatments at the spa reception. The thermal hotel’s pool is fed by thermal water at 31°C, while the pool at \"Il Calidario\" maintains a temperature of 35°C. Tennis and padel courts are located 200 meters away. For active guests, there are numerous hiking trails in the area.

The magnificent city of Florence and the famous Chianti region are about a two-hour drive away. Pisa and its Leaning Tower are located one hour from the property.
