Vineyard Villa in Valpolicella



Valpolicella is known worldwide mainly for the fame of its wines. Thanks to its position and favourable climate, protected by the Alps, viticulture has spread here since the Roman Empire and can boast several varieties of indigenous grapes.

The Valpolicella landscape is adorned with Venetian villas of great value and its beauty is complemented by churches, parishes and ancient houses.



The 'Custodian's House' is located in the heart of the Valpolicella region, surrounded by vineyards, and was originally the home of the caretaker of the nearby Venetian villa, Villa Pule, built around 1630 with its majestic cypress avenue. The Villa is now inhabited by its owners and is located at the centre of the large estate.



ARRIVAL

From the fenced entrance, the house is accessible through a paved road that crosses the private vineyards and leads to the small garden and covered parking. There is also space for two more cars on the property.



LIVING AREA

The Villa boasts an outdoor terrace, as well as a comfortable living room with two sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV and a view of the surrounding vineyards. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher and all the necessary amenities to prepare a perfect dinner for your friends or family, there is also a blue bathroom.

During your stay, you can participate in a cooking class or enjoy a dinner prepared by our chef with the typical recipes of Valpolicella, such as Risotto with Amarone, or prepare lunch with the barbecue you find in the garden. The dining room is spacious enough to dine together.

In the fenced garden there is a large table with seating for all guests to enjoy the coolness of the Valpolicella vineyard.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

On the first floor, the light green master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and air conditioning.

The light blue bedroom has a double bed, a sofa and air conditioning.

The third bedroom has two single beds and a fan. Opposite it is a shower room with a flush-to-floor shower.



The interior of the villa has a typically Italian style, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the local culture and atmosphere.

In the basement of the house, you will find a room with a washing machine.



THE AREA

If you want to try the local specialities during your stay, head to the restaurants or grocery stores just 5 minutes away. Verona is reachable in 15 minutes by car while Lake Garda is only 30 minutes away.
