5 STARS FOR THE CONDO. The condo was clean, spacious and had comfortable sleeping and lounge space. The patio sofa made sitting on the front porch nice and relaxing in the morning. The two sofas in the living room were great for lounging and watching movies after a long day at the beach. Once the rest of our group came, seating was tight. A loveseat/sofa in place of the two chairs would've been perfect. The bunk room for the kids was perfect and a deciding factor for choosing this particular property. The tennis courts and pool are right behind the property and a short walk which is another big plus. We really can't emphasize enough how nice the condo is.1 STAR FOR THE PARKING. The Rookery I & II DO NOT have designated parking. The Rookery III does. This would eliminate the parking issues. Guest from other condos parked right in front of our condo, blocking the walkway. They parked at angle, taking up two spots instead of one, forcing us to park in the guest area or do the same and park in another condo's area. We had to trek across the parking lot to load and unload luggage, ice chest and groceries. 2 STARS FOR THE BEACH. Parking at the beach is almost nonexistent. GOLF CARTS ARE A MUST or just walk from the Rookery. Good luck parking if you have a full size truck. We were all very disappointed with the beach. It was very crowded and hard to find a spot not on top of other people. The trash from PEOPLE was disgusting. I even saw a used tampon applicator!
