Brand new 3 bedroom apartment located in central Estepona, just a 1 kilometre walk from the beautiful Estepona beaches. Recently constructed, the apartment boasts modern finishes and a bright and comfortable interior, perfect for a holiday home.
Included in the rental is 1 underground parking space, free and unlimited fibre optic WIFI, centralised A/C (hot and cold) in all rooms, bed linen and shower towels, and access to the communal swimming pool located on the building’s roof (great views).
Through the front door, guests will find a corridor leading to the rooms of the apartment. The spacious living room is immediately on the left, and is followed by the fully equipped kitchen. Both of these rooms provide access to the private terrace that enjoys mountain views. Further down the corridor are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday property, allowing guests to cook and entertain from the property should they wish to. Guests will find: a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, and all cutlery, glasses and crockery needed.
The living room is spacious and comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa facing a SMART TV, and a dining area with seating for 6. The terrace, accessed through a glass door, is furnished with a coffee table and chairs, and has a pleasant view of the mountains surrounding Estepona.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom provides 2 single beds, and shares access to the second bathroom (bath/shower) with the third bedroom, which also has 2 single beds.
The property is just minutes away from all facilities and amenities. Supermarkets (ALDI and LIDL) are just around the corner, and bar and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk from the building.
