Our flat has recently been renovated and is in excellent condition. It comes with a comfy sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining area for 4 guests.

Master bedroom a King size bed, with all fresh linen, bedding and 4 pillows. There is a built-in wardrobe big enough to fit all your clothes and store your belongings.

- Living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2 people), a smart TV, a table for 4 and a coffee table.

- Kitchen has all the amenities you need, including the microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge-freezer and electric hobs. There is also a washing machine .

- Bathroom comes with bath tub, shower, toilet and a wash basin.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
