Wonderful week in Tremezzo

Overall our stay was great, the apartment was very nice with a lovely balcony and view of the lake, and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The location was convenient, using the path down to the ferry stop - we got our exercise on the return climb! Note like many places in Europe there is no AC, so we had fans running nonstop. Also there are no window screens, and unfortunately there were mosquitoes. We had to buy more toilet paper and dish soap during our stay. Matteo was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed Lake Como.

Schöne Anlage mit perfekter Lage

Wir haben zu viert in Wohnung Nr 9 gewohnt. Größe der Wohnung und Ausstattung sind gut, der Blick vom Balkon herrlich. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon könnten etwas bequemer sein, haben uns aber mit den Kissen der Sofas ausgeholfen. Der Pool ist groß, genug Platz für alle. Die Schiffsanlegestelle, kleiner Minimarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne entspannte Zeit am Comer See

Het appartement voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen zoals ook beschreven. Eigenaar is zeer zorgzaam en wilt het je naar de zin maken. Idyllische plek met prachtig uitzicht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader!

Beautiful place

Superbe accueil par Matteo, explications, conseils, gentillesse ! Emplacement idéal à quelques pas des embarquements pour les bateaux et des plus beaux sites à visiter. Laissez votre voiture garée à la résidence , vous pouvez tout faire à pieds et/ou en bateau. (Petit conseil prenez un pass journée ce qui sera moins cher) Cadre magnifique! Logement spacieux confortable et propre. Vue au top! Nous reviendrons.

Fabulous stay!

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well kitted out. The pool and hot tub were great and the views spectacular! The best thing about the place for us was the location. Just a short (albeit steep) walk down to the Lake and the ferry port. Matteo was really helpful and attentive - only slight downside were the mozzies, but that's just how it goes in Italy in August I think!

Beautiful residence with Great view

Our first holiday with children ( 4 and 6) to Italy. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and never to crowded. Very clean. You can have a very relaxing time here. Lay out of location perfect. Enough privacy at our balcony (app nr 9) . The appartement is well equiped. Also some play toys for kids, like a puzzle and games. At arrival they gave us a bottle of wine, toast jam , italian herbs. Some basics which we really appreciated. Tremezzo is very crowded in high season. It s Great to take a ferry and have a good diner (very Nice pizzeria downtown) Nice to visit once but for a more quiet place the North of Como is better. Although we really enjoyed our holiday in a beautiful residence. Fam van Rijn Holland

Relaxing Stay

My Husband, 6 Month old Daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Tremezzo. On arrival we were met by Matteo who gave us a great insight into the local area along with some helpful suggestions of things to do which was a great help. The apartment itself is in a great location Tremezzo it is a quieter town but still has a few nice restaurants and is well located to get around to other towns via the Ferry a short walk from the apartment. There is also a small local shop in Tremezzo with another supermarket in neighbouring Lenno just check out opening and closing times if you arrive on Saturday as its worth getting the essentials sorted out when you arrive. The apartment was clean and well presented with new modern appliances. As we were travelling with a little one it was great to be able to have a high chair and travel cot provided and they had even ensured we had plates bowls for her although we had brought our own but a nice touch. The communal swimming pool area and BBQ were clean and grounds are kept immaculate. The water is cold its an unheated pool but we took a body warmer for our LO so she was fine in the cold water. I found it refreshing once you had taken the plunge and am sure in hotter months (we stayed in early June) this would be a good temperature. The only thing I could find fault with would be that an improvement might be to add a few parasols as whilst there are shared covered areas these would not house all guests/families looking for some shade in high summer - (perhaps these are available we didn't ask) We had a great stay, I would also add I was initially nervous about the payment method being a fair amount of cash, so paid our deposit on credit card and balance in cash, it was fine no issues whatsoever, but we are more used to paying on card for everything these days so it felt a bit unusual and you hear so many stories I was nervous but it was absolutely fine. Other people also mentioned issues about WiFi and again we did not find this an issue we connected one primary device and had no issues if you absolutely can't live without 4 ipads being on-line at once this might be an issue for you, but we were on holiday so having one device connected at a time was fine. Fantastic apartment would recommend (already have) to friends and Family

If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

The residence is located in Tremezzo, one of the most sought after villages on the lake renowned for its sunny position and plethora of amenities. The residence is brand new boasting a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Returning guests love the huge outdoor pool and spa facility. Not to mention THAT view!
The home is close enough to reach to all amenities yet burrowed away from the lake front so you are located away from the main road and can enjoy a truly peaceful Lake Como experience.
It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Just a short walk down to the lake front you will find a whole host of bars, and restaurants, two ferry stops.
mini market local produce and seasonal ingredients, a wonderful park to take in the sun, or shade from it, enjoy a drink or snack or dive into the lake and cool off!
Tremezzo is home to the biggest selection of wine's at Cantina Follie There are two ferry stops and a bus service serving the village plus boat hire available for the more adventurous.
