Casa Lake Como se toma el sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer. Este apartamento único, de diseño contemporáneo, está formado por dos niveles de espacio habitable. El apartamento tiene una amplia y moderna sala de estar de planta abierta que recibe a los huéspedes, con una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, área de comedor y sala de estar, brindando a los huéspedes lugar ideal para relajarse, con cómodos sofás de cuero, televisión de satalite y reproductor de DVD gratuitos y acceso directo a una terraza privada y soleada para cenar al aire libre con cenador. Desde la sala de estar de planta abierta, una caja de escalera conduce al alojamiento para dormir en la planta baja, con 2 habitaciones dobles ((1 con baño en suite)) con camas king size y una encantadora tercera. We traveled from North Carolina and stayed here for 4 nights at the end of September. We absolutely loved it. The check-in was easy as we were greeted in the evening with the host and given a home tour and how to operate the gate to park our car. The home was two floors and looked just like the photos. The location is perfect and had the most beautiful view from the balconies. The home is well equipped for cooking, a short walk to restaurants, or quick drive to grocery store, or visit places in nearby towns.It was too cold to use the pool but lovely viewing deck. No hot tub as mentioned in the description. We recommend doing a boat tour and using the nearby ferries to view other towns of Lake Como.

Cinzia is a great host, the house is well equipped with a kitchen you don’t have to buy the basic stock for, just replace if you use up something.The small pool is nice, the road noise is disturbing, especially the revving motorcycles, but we knew we were going to be next to a busy road. A tunnel around Colonno is being build but that could take a lot of years for completion. There is airconditioning in all the rooms.The parking space is not accessible for bigger cars, but street parking costs only 5 euro per day.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben, es war alles da, was man so benötigt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist sensationell und der Pool rundet alles perfekt ab.Leider passte unser Auto nicht auf den hauseigenen Parkplatz, dies sollte bitte in das Inserat aufgenommen werden (Parkplatzgrösse).Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und problemlos! Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen!

Amazing Stay in Colonno

This apartment is all you in Lake Como! Breath taking views, a private pool and a short drive to several towns. The apartment was just as listed, very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed are stay! Cinzia was so kind while checking us in and attentive to all questions and concerns.

Nice gettaway on the shores of Lake Como

Het was een keurig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Er ligt een drukke weg naast/onder het zwembad, maar dit stoorde ons niet. Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Tiziano. We raden dit zeker aan voor een gezin met tieners: goede wifi en een zwembad.

Excellent stay with breathtaking view on the lake

The house is just as described, well equipped (air conditioning is life saving in the hot summer), very nice pool, kitchen with a lot of useful stuff (sugar, oil, spices, ...), comfortable seats. The location is great, near a lot of enjoyable visits (villa Balbianello, Como, Bellagio, ...) and also close to shops and restaurants. The welcome of Cinzia was very dynamic and helpful.

Genialer Urlaub

Ein tolles Haus, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Straßenlärm hat uns nicht gestört und Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert Wir waren fast nur am Haus und hatten mit 4 Kindern.....darunter 2 Teenagern nie Langeweile und das lag vor allem am genialen Pool Würden sofort wieder hinfahren und können es wirklich empfehlen. Auch Tiziano und seine Cousine Cinzia sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich Danke

Fantastisk udsigt

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt som passer perfekt til en børnefamilie. Trafikeret vej nedenfor men vi følte os ikke generet af den, da vi brugte aircondition om natten, hvor værelserne meget hurtigt fik en behagelig temperatur. Dejlig privat pool. Eneste minus ved lejligheden er at der ikke rigtigt er noget i byen Colonno, hvor man skal til nabobyerne.

Maison impeccable avec vues imprenables

Maison très bien équipée. La piscine est très appréciable d'autant plus que cet équipement est très rare sur le lac. Cinzia est disponible, extrêmement bienveillante et d'une totale gentillesse. Tiziano répond rapidement à vos demandes. L'air conditionné était le bienvenu durant notre séjour avec de fortes chaleurs. Vous aurez le privilège de stationner votre véhicule au pied du portail et c'est non négligeable !

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Wir wussten von der befahrenen Straße aus vorherigen Bewertungen - uns hat es nicht gestört, da man nachts die Fenster schließen konnte (Klimaanlage vorhanden). Tagsüber am Pool hört man die Straße natürlich - uns hat es aber nichts ausgemacht. Das Haus war sauber und wie beschrieben. In der Küche alles nötige vorhanden - die Bäder auch modern! Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Natürlich ist der Ort nicht touristisch - jedoch konnte man mit dem Auto alles nötige schnell erreichen. Hinter dem Haus startet der Greenway - ein Wanderweg entlang des Comer Sees - auch sehr zu empfehlen! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub! Nette Vermieter - alles prima :-)

Wonderfull house with a fantastic view of Lake Como

We very much enjoyed our stay in Tiziano's beautifull house with an amazing view of Lago di Como. Even when swimming in the nice pool we loved to view the lake, the mountains and Island. The house is very convenient and a perfect starting point for visiting the Italian picturesque villages, walking The GreenWay and sporting in the lake. Moreover we really appreciated the kindness and hospitality of Cinzia and Tiziano. We enjoyed our stay very much and certainly recommend the house!

Tolle Aussicht auf den Comer See

Die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios ! Die Betreuung vor Ort ist super, Cinzia ist sehr nett und hilfbereit. Das Haus von Tiziano ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Den Straßenlärm konnten wir dank der Klimaanlage " aussperren ". Alles in allem ein schönes Domizil am Green Way del Lago, wenn man nicht die absolute Ruhe sucht.

Lovely stay

My family and I had a very nice stay at this villa which has a nice private pool and a good size for a family of 5 people. It is perfectly located at the lake and the view is fantastic. The hosts. are nice and friendly and good to communicate with. I would come back and I would also recommend it to others.

Heerlijke ruime en schone vakantie woning op top lokatie!

Ruime woning met een fantastisch uitzicht, leuk en lekker prive zwembad naast de woning. alles is aanwezig en airco's in alle kamers met de ramen dicht geen insecten binnen en geen overlast van de weg, heerlijk geslapen. 2 badkamers met 3 tieners is ook heel prettig. Mooi en goed onderhouden woning, echt een aanrader. heel vriendelijk ontvangst.

Great holiday home

The views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking! We loved our time here! A small supermarket is 10 minutes drive and walking distance to few local shops for drinks! Perfect!

Incredible views, modern and well appointed house but very close to noisy road.

Beautiful views in a comfortable and modern house unfortunately close to the main road which is very noisy during the day. No air conditioning so difficult to leave the windows closed. Very nice rapport with the owners who are easy to reach.

Well appointed apartment with beautiful views and lovely pool

We had a wonderful time staying in Tiziano’s apartment, the kids loved the pool and the apartment is beautifully appointed and clean. Location is right on the main road which makes it a little noisy at night, and since there is nothing much in colonno, you need to travel to nearby towns for restaurants, boat, and other activities. But this is definitely balanced out by the plus of private swimming pool! Tiziano and cinzia are extremely helpful and attentive! All in all a really wonderful experience!

Lovely view but some hiccups

The view is amazing and the building is really nice. Both clear 5 stars. But the reason for a lower rating are a few important things to be aware of. 1) the house is fronting the main road with a high load of traffic 24 hours a day. This is a bit annoying and disturbs the fantastic view. In addition it makes it difficult to sleep with open windows during the night and it gets hot at Como during the summer. No aircon either. 2) The town Colonno is probably one of the least interesting cities around the lake. If you want to stay on this side I would go for Lenno, Menaggio or perhaps Argegno. A lot of other opportunities are also better than Colonno. Maybe it's not fair to remove 2 stars but this is important facts before you rent the house. We had a great vacation and Tiziano and his cousin was really nice and helpful. If you don't bother about the traffic noise and accepts that nothing really happens in Colonno then you should definitely give this rental a go. But don't get surprised as we did.

Superb views and modern interior with private pool

Our family of four, incl. two teenagers stayed for a week and had all of our dinners at the house. During the daytime, we were busy touring the Como lake area and Switzerland. I really, really fell in love with the views from all of the rooms and balcony, as well as the pool! One could spend hours - and I did - just sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watch the landscape change with the light.. All the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities were top notch (Italian furniture, or, maybe the locals just call it furniture ;-) ) and the pool was very nice, though not very large. All the pots and pans were of good quality while the utensils could be replaced by now - I think they have served their purpose well by now :-) Our biggest complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, which may be limited by the local electricity infrastructure during hot summer months. Dips in the pool and managing the shutters during they daytime helped somewhat, as well as using the portable fans in bedrooms. You cannot really keep windows open during night due to the occasional noise from the traffic. The area itself is great for many activities, including road and mtb cycling. I did a couple of rides to the nearby hills (e.g. Pigra) and while the Italian traffic may seem chaotic from behind the wheel, the cars yield well for cyclists. Parking, roads etc. are suited for small and agile cars but you can manage with a big car with some thought.

Perfekt!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, wunderschöner Ausblick, freundliche Betreuung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Tiziano und Cinzia sind sehr freundlich und helfen bei allen Fragen. Der Nachbar ist bei dringlichen Angelegenheiten auch sehr hilfsbereit. Die Straße, die am Haus verläuft ist viel befahren aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Zu empfehlen ist der Ausflug mit Vespas, die nur wenige Minuten entfernt ausgeliehen werden können. Alles in allem perfekt, immer wieder gerne!
