Jara - 2 bedrooms and shared pool in Salamanca

Jara combines standout geometric patterns and woven wooden touches with modern design to pay homage to grassland. This apartment is located in the lively and classy Salamanca neighborhood. Here, guests will find upscale fusion, French-style facades, and plenty of greenery. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Jara is the place to come home to.

Not only does Jara feature 2 bedrooms, there are also 2 bathrooms. All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and unique shelving on the wall behind the head of the bed. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and woven grass light features. The detached bathroom is chic and clean in design with a walk-in shower.

The open plan living room and kitchen area is a mark above the rest. Light shines into the space from the balcony. Guests can choose to dine outside for some fresh air or inside at the table top for four. The living room has a full entertainment system as well as a dedicated workstation. The fully furnished kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern finishings. For the warmer months, the entire space benefits from air conditioning, and there is also a shared pool and tennis court in the building. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
