The Space:

Gilmore House is a charming Victorian property featuring high ceilings and a beautiful pink staircase, seamlessly blended with a newly renovated extension.



Two inviting living spaces downstairs offer options for relaxation or friendly competition in the games room with a pool table, TV, board games, and toys for the kids.



The heart of the home is the spectacular open-plan kitchen, dining, and family room. Bluetooth ceiling speakers set the mood, while skylights and bifold doors bathe the space in natural light and allow you to connect seamlessly with the outdoors.



Prepare a feast in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a quartz island with an induction hob, perfect for showcasing your culinary skills.



Relax in the secure garden after a day of exploration, or soak in the bubbling hot tub for a truly rejuvenating experience. (The hot tub is available for use from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and to comply with local noise ordinances, this property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise monitoring system. This device measures decibel levels and does not record audio or conversations. The circular, white device is located near the hot tub.)



Bedrooms:

Five comfortable bedrooms offer a perfect retreat for the whole group. Three bedrooms with en-suites are located upstairs, featuring a super king, a king, and a double bed.



Two additional bedrooms share a newly fitted bathroom with a spacious shower on the ground floor. One doubles as a functional office with a day bed that can be configured as a chaise longue, a single bed, or a double.



All bedrooms except the office have TVs with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, ensuring entertainment options for all ages.

Starter supplies and a full range of amenities are included, along with a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Parking is available on the street or in the private gated driveway. Don't forget your crocs for walking to and from the hot tub!



For longer stays, we offer a discount on bookings of seven nights or more. Our goal is to ensure an amazing experience for all our guests. We're available to assist you with anything you need, big or small, to make your stay truly unforgettable.

Guests have access to the entire property and garden.



Out of respect for our neighbours and due to our location in a residential area, hot tub use is limited to before 10:00 PM. The Neighborhood:

A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre. You’ll find everything you need on Blairgowie’s thriving high street, with a bakery, butchers, gift shops, cafes, restaurants and even a bookshop.



Blairgowrie is known as the gateway to Glenshee, so if sports are your thing you’ll love being in easy reach of the action, from skiing, golfing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding to paragliding.



The location is also ideal for fishing and golf. Gilmore House is just one mile from Blairgowrie Golf Club, which includes the Rosemount championship golf course, considered one of the best courses in Scotland.



Blairgowrie is situated in the heart of Perthshire, so it’s the perfect base for seeing the sights of this gorgeous part of Scotland. It’s just 20 minutes drive to the historic villages of Dunkeld and Birnam where you can take a family walk at The Hermitage or visit the Beatrix Potter Exhibition and Garden. Blairgowrie is also just 30 minutes drive to the cities of Perth and Dundee, 60 minutes to Edinburgh and Royal Deeside.



Getting Around:

Parking is readily available across the town. A taxi rank is located near The Wellmeadow. Here you will also find the bus ranks, buses frequently service Perth, Dundee and the surrounding towns and villages.

We provide one bath sheet per person, and one hand towel in each bathroom. You may wish to bring extra hot tub towels, and shoes for getting to and from the hot tub.



1 well behaved dog allowed. Dogs must not be left unattended in the property, or allowed on the furniture.



Strictly no Parties- Please be respectful of neighbours and adhere to the quiet times between 10pm and 8am.



No smoking indoors, on the decking, or in the hot tub.
