A peaceful, lakeside haven for three. Located on the ground floor of a charming house, with three apartments, this property enjoys magnificent views of Lake Orta from every room and is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden.

The airy apartment benefits from a large south-east facing porch which can be accessed from both the main living area and the bedroom. Equipped with a dining table and chairs, soft seating, deck chairs and a hammock, this is the perfect place for alfresco dining or simply relaxing with a good book. Guests can enjoy other outdoor seating areas in the garden, to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, visitors will find an open-plan living area complete with a sofa single bed, a dining table with four chairs and a flat-screen Smart HD TV. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Moka coffee machine.

For those who are keen to explore, a visit to Lake Maggiore via Stresa (30 minutes by car) is a must. From here guests can visit the Borromean Islands (home to beautiful gardens, historic buildings, and impressive villas) and enjoy the picturesque towns along the Piedmontese coast of the lake.

Sacro Monte di Orta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is only an 8-minute drive away. Each adorned with beautiful frescoes and sculptures, this collection of 20 chapels is dedicated to different scenes from the life of St. Francis of Assisi.
