Dorotea apartment is located within the prestigious Residence Il Parco in Desenzano del Garda, which consists of several buildings surrounded by greenery in a hilly area, from which one can easily reach the centre of Desenzano del Garda and the railway station.

The residence has a large shared swimming pool overlooking the lake, with sun loungers available for guests, a 1.50 m deep pool and a second adjacent pool for children; the pool is about 150 metres from the flat and can be reached on foot via the residence's gardens.

The flat is located on the first and last floor, and consists of a large living room with kitchenette, corridor leading to the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower; the second double bedroom leads to the second bathroom with shower.

The flat also has a large covered terrace, accessible through French windows from the living room and the two bedrooms; the terrace overlooks the gardens of the residence, and on one side one can enjoy a view of Lake Garda and the Sirmione peninsula.

It is also complete with a private garage measuring 4.90m x 3.20m, suitable for a large car.

In the living room you will find a large sofa, a 55" Smart TV, the dining table for four and the kitchenette, complete with gas hob, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher and multifunctional oven.

Each bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe; one bathroom has a bathtub and shower, while the second bathroom has a glass shower box.

On the large covered terrace you will find a dining table for six, a small sofa and an additional cupboard for storage.

The flat also has summer air conditioning and high-speed fibre optic WI-FI Internet.

The following costs are not included and must be paid on arrival:
- Municipal Tourist Tax of € 2.00 per day per person over the age of 14.
