Booking Policy:
- Check-in is scheduled between 15.00 and 20.00, requiring confirmation at least 48 hours in advance.
- Check-out is by 10.00.
- Requests for out-of-hours check-in or check-out may be accommodated, subject to availability and an additional fee of €20 to €40 for arrivals post 20.00.
- Organizing parties or events is prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside and outside the villa.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A Security Deposit of €250 and a Final Cleaning Charge of €225 are applicable.
