We are able to provide one parking space within our private forecourt.
Should you have additional vehicles you are able to park on any nearby streets that do not display any parking restrictions or in nearby car parks (Jaipur Spice car park - 1 min walk, Union Terrace Carpark - 7 min walk,
Wigginton Road Carpark - 11 min walk).

York Hospital is a few minutes walk away.
York train station is also only a short taxi ride away for anyone arriving into the city by train. the apartment is within a residential area, no hen or stag groups are allowed.
Parties either inside the property, or in the communal garden are strictly prohibited.
Not suitable for children under 2.
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am.

*For bookings of 2 people
One room will be set. Please advise if you would prefer the double room or king size. Should you wish to use both bedrooms an additional linen fee of £25 is payable in cash on arrival.

*For bookings of 3-4 people
Please note the upstairs bed will be made up to a king size unless advised otherwise. The downstairs bedroom is a standard UK double bed.
Should you prefer to have 2 single beds and a double an additional linen fee of £25 is payable in cash on arrival.

Please advise at the time of booking your bed requirements.

Well behaved pets are welcome but must not be left unaccompanied in the apartment. Pets are not allowed on the furniture including beds and the sofa. Pets are only allowed with prior approval, no more than two small dogs. We are not able to allow cats to stay due to allergies.

Use of hair dye and fake tan is strictly prohibited during your stay.

We do not have the facility for the charging of electric vehicles. The nearest charging station is situated on Foss Islands.

On entering the maisonette please remove your outdoor shoes.

OFFICE HOURS. 9-6pm Mon - Sun. Messages outside these hours, with the exception of emergencies, will be responded to the next working day.

CHECK IN/OUT Check in window 3-8pm.
Check out by 10am.

To ensure we can accommodate your preferred meet and greet time, please provide it no later than 6pm the day before check in.

So we can organise a member of the team to check you out, check out times must be provided no later than 6pm the day before check out.

Early check in's and late check out's are available on request and are charged at £10 per hour.
Unauthorised late check outs are charged at £100. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
