Entire house, 5 minutes easy walk to sandy beach

The house is in a terrace of Spanish style town houses facing in toward the garden and pool area. It is a quiet, gated development ideal for families. The beach is the star of the area and you won't be disappointed, it's huge and pretty perfect. We supply beach mats and towels. Natural parks surround La Mata and are great for walks and cycling. Zenia Boulevard and Habaneras shopping centres are close by.
The space
There are 3 air-con units, 3 ceiling fans and 2 outside awnings (the front one is electric). There is a brand new 3 seater sofa in the sitting room. The solarium/roof terrace has plenty of seating, including 2 large sun loungers, and feels like another room due to its pergola, sun blinds and kitchen area with sink, which also help make it feel quite private. The front patio is a great spot for breakfast or just a cup of coffee and looks out over the garden. The pool is just a few paces away within the garden.
There is a clinic and apotheceries close by as well as bus stops and free parking.
The pool has a limit of 6 people per house at any one time, there is a lifeguard during the Summer months. There are new easy access steps to enter the pool as well as the normal ladder. Siesta timings for the pool are in force.

You can access the whole house and outside areas except for a couple of internal cupboards.
Other things to note
Obviously It can get quite hot in the summer but being beside the sea does provide a respite. The atmosphere is on the dry side which coupled with the salty air has many health benefits. As with anywhere hot there can be flying insects, Cicadas and even cockroaches at certain times of year but they are normally not an issue. Providing you use appropriate sprays and keep the front door shut they are easily manageable. There are screens on all of the windows and outer doors.
