This charming independent house boasts lovely outdoor spaces and is situated just a few meters from the sea, in the first row, with direct access to the coast in Ostuni. The property is accessed through a shared driveway entrance with an automatic gate, which is also used by the neighbouring house (Villetta Piramo).

Upon entering the house, guests will find a large veranda that leads to a cosy and spacious living room furnished with a dining table, decorative fireplace, TV, and a sofa. Adjacent to the living room is a bathroom with a shower, and an independent kitchen adorned in green with modern appliances, including an oven and a toaster.

The sleeping area is comprised of a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as two single rooms, each with a pull-out single bed (which can be combined on request). This area also includes a second bathroom with a shower. The entire house is cooled by air conditioning located in the corridor, while heating and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with two gardens, one facing the sea and the other behind the house, as well as two verandas with tables for outdoor dining, a barbecue, and deck chairs for basking in the sun. An outdoor shower and parking space in the driveway, shared with the adjacent Villetta Piramo, which accommodates an additional 6 guests, are also available.

Ostuni, also known as the White City, is situated in the heart of the Valle d’Itria and is renowned for its stunning historic centre, white-washed buildings, and crystal-clear sea. The town boasts a number of attractions, including the magnificent Cathedral, Piazza della Libertà, and the column of S. Oronzo. The surrounding countryside is home to a number of charming towns, such as Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, and Alberobello, known for its ancient dwellings called Trullos, which have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests can also visit the archeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and the Marine Protected Area of Torre Guaceto. To the west, Taranto and Matera, known for its “sassi” or ancient cave dwellings, are also worth a visit.

The closest airports to Ostuni are Brindisi, which is 30 minutes away, and Bari, which is 60 minutes away.
