Sunny villa in the Stockholm archipelago - Resarö Vaxholm

Welcome to Resarö, just outside Vaxholm. On this archipelago island, everything is close by! The sea, swimming spots, nature, horse pastures, tennis courts, a bus stop, and a grocery store are just a few minutes from the house. It takes 30 minutes to drive to Stockholm.

The house is a charming home with a spacious living area. Beautiful exposed beams welcome you into the kitchen and living room. From here, you can step out onto the large, sunny wooden deck, which is bathed in lovely light from morning to evening and features a Weber propane grill. The large lawn is perfect for playing soccer or other family games on summer evenings.

Open floor plan between the kitchen and living room with access to the deck. Three bedrooms are adjacent to one another, making it perfect for families with children. The house has a total area of 215 square meters, of which 50 square meters is a basement that includes a bathroom and laundry room.

Guests have access to the entire house. There’s a propane grill on the wooden deck for guests to use. There are plenty of games, soccer balls, tennis rackets, and other items that guests are welcome to borrow. Two bicycles are also available.

It’s just about 200 meters down to the dock for morning and evening swims. Right next door are two nice tennis courts. The grocery store is about 150 meters away. There’s space to park cars on the driveway. The patio features a large dining table and a lounge set for socializing. It’s close by if you need to take the bus to Vaxholm or Stockholm. If you’d like to take an archipelago boat to visit the islands in the archipelago, you can do so from the Ytterby pier, just 500 meters away. These boats also depart from Vaxholm.
