We would highly recommend this vacation home. It was extremely clean and the decor was updated and beautiful.The neighborhood is very quiet and great for long walks. The location is close to everything. We will be back!

Beautiful home in a lovely quiet and private neighborhood! Close to Disney and many other attractions. The house is cozy and supplied with necessities that make you feel at home. Plenty of towels for pool and toys for all the little ones. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the pool area, and evenings relaxing with a pretty view of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake Sunrise Villa

We had a wonderful stay. Home was very clean and had everything that you might need for a relaxing vacation. The owner was very responsive to questions. The home was in a gated community very close to WDW. We would definitely book another stay here again.

Pop's First Disney trip

Great place to stay and was a perfect location for park access. Owner allowed us to rent a power chair and have it delivered to accommodate Pop sleeping. Has everything you need to feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is obvious the owners care about the house. Very clean and it was well stocked with towels etc. we love the pool area. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept, gated and convenient. We highly recommend this home.

Great Place for a Family Florida Vacation

Overall, the place was great. We have stayed at many short-term rental properties in the area over the years and this is one of the better places. The house has been modernized and was very clean. Comfortably slept 8 people with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. Owner was also very responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay again.

We always stay in Formosa Gardens when we visit Orlando and this has been one of the best properties we have stayed in. The instructions before our stay and at the property were excellent. The house was clean, safe and well-equipped - exactly as described in the advert. The pool and hot tub was clean and warm and (along with the games room) came with lots of great things to use. Thank you to Pat for a great experience, we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

Property was exactly as advertised and pictured on VRBO. Very clean with every amenity you can imagine. Decorated beautiful but still very homey and comfortable. The bedroooms were situated so different family members had their own little section. The houses in the neighborhood are situated so you are not on top of your neighbors. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Everyone had a blast fishing in the lake then jumping in the pool to cool off! Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking it next time we're in Florida. Thank you Pat for hosting us and Sharon for your quick responses and assistance!

This property is excellent and exactly as described on here on the site. The property owner is very communicative, and we knew exactly what to do and where to go upon arrival.As soon as we arrived, not only was the house perfectly clean and organized, it was tastefully decorated for the holidays! (we were here over Christmas) The bedrooms were well appointed, the beds and seating were all comfortable, and the appliances were modern and quiet.The pool was nicely heated and perfect for doing some morning laps, and the hot tub was great... excellent for winding down after a busy day! The view from the back area was also very nice; there are cranes and herons that like to enjoy the lake as much as we did.The home was close to just about everything, including Disney, many places to eat and things to do are even closer.Check in and check out processes were straightforward and well described and there were absolutely no hiccups for us during our stay here. It was truly a splendid experience in every way. I can't recommend this property enough and if we make our way down to Orlando again, this place would be our first choice for an extended stay.

The house was big and spacious and comfortable; however, we could not put the AC below 75, and Florida was in the middle of a heat advisory. It was hard to get comfortable at night when trying to go to sleep because it was so warm. There were also dusty artificial flowers everywhere, and ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, and droppings in the master downstairs bathroom. The hallway bathroom sink doesn’t drain well.

Thank you for your review. As outlined in the property information provided before arrival, it is important that any issues are reported to us immediately so we can resolve them during your stay. The AC is guest‑controllable down to 72°F via the two thermostats, and while we maintain a strong pest‑control programme, Florida’s climate means insects can occasionally enter, especially if doors are left open or any food is left on countertops. Any sightings should be reported right away so pest control can attend promptly. We appreciate you highlighting the other points, and these have now been passed to our property manager for immediate attention.
