The first floor includes a comfortable queen bedroom with a full bathroom directly across the hall, making it a convenient option for grandparents or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, you will find the primary king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, along with three immersive themed children’s bedrooms. The Star Wars Mandalorian bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom, while the Little Mermaid and Buzz Lightyear bedrooms share the Finding Nemo themed hallway bathroom.

Amenity availability, operating hours, rules, services, equipment, activity offerings and access procedures may change from time to time due to resort operations, maintenance, weather, safety requirements, seasonal schedules or HOA policies.

★★ HOUSE RULES & POLICIES ★★
To help keep the home safe, clean and enjoyable for every guest, please review and follow these house rules:
✴ Guest booking the stay must be 25 years or older
✴ Maximum occupancy is 14 guests
✴ No parties, events or large gatherings
✴ No smoking, vaping or drugs anywhere on the property
✴ No pets allowed; assistance animals are handled according to applicable platform rules and law
✴ No adults on top bunks
✴ Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, stairs, bunk beds and game room equipment
✴ Please do not move large furniture or remove items from the home
✴ Unauthorized parties, unauthorized pets, smoking, excessive damage or major house rule violations may result in additional charges and/or removal from the property without refund

Windsor Island Resort is a gated community with community rules and security procedures that guests are expected to follow during their stay.
✴ Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed
✴ Driveway fits up to 2 vehicles
✴ Additional vehicles must use designated community parking areas only
✴ Street parking is only permitted on the designated road across the resort
✴ No parking is allowed on blue-painted curbs or in any restricted areas
✴ RVs, trailers and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the community
✴ Guests are responsible for any parking violations, tickets, towing, fines or fees caused by incorrect or unauthorized parking
✴ Guests must follow all Windsor Island Resort and HOA rules, including parking, amenity access, quiet hours, trash procedures and community safety requirements

★★ POOL & POOL HEAT ★★
Pool heat is available by request for $25 per night and must be added for the full duration of the stay. When added, the pool heater is typically set around 88–89°F for a more comfortable swimming experience.

Pool temperature can be affected by outdoor weather, especially during colder months. The heater may not operate effectively when outdoor temperatures are below 60°F or during extended periods of cold or rainy weather, and specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

There is no lifeguard at the private pool. Guests swim at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
