Location was clean and stocked. The pull out bed was a little rough for an adult to sleep on, but overall enjoyable location. A drying rack would have been a great addition as we frequently had wet towels and swimsuits.

Loved our stay and will be back!

We loved our stay at Maui Banyan and will be back again soon! Our suite was exactly as per the photos online. The bed was comfortable, AC available and suite clean. We watched many beautiful sunsets out on the patio. The location was convenient and close to lots of places to eat and shop and the beach was right across the street. The staff was friendly, polite and welcoming.

Stayed here for our honeymoon in 2021 and now for our anniversary! The condo was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and adjacent islands! Very clean and tons of space to cook and relax! We had breakfast on the spacious balcony every morning! Couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable stay! Already miss it!! 🥰 #jenandnick

Cozy one bedroom perfect for a small family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked relatively last minute so were very pleased to find a 1br 2 bath that could accommodate our small family of 3. The sofa bed worked perfectly for my son and the bedroom was a comfortable fit for us. Well appointed kitchen with lots of equipment (bring your own spices though). Also, we appreciated all the beach stuff like boogie boards, chairs, snorkels on the lanai. The presence of a washer/dryer was a must for us! The view from the lanai was good to enjoy when we were drinking morning coffee. Small pool and hot tub which was often empty or not crowded. Quiet well maintained complex but do note there will be occasional street noise or noise from garbage trucks/landscapers (true almost everywhere). Fantastic location with wonderful beaches across the street and lots of eateries within walking distance. Also a short drive to Wailea and it's lovely beach path which I enjoyed walking daily. We had to contact the management company once about a minor problem and the response was swift and appropriate. Easy check-in, check-out and really really appreciated the ability to pay for late checkout!

Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was good, except I told the woman on the phone that I would be needing a rollaway bed for my other son, she said it wouldn’t be a problem. However, they didn’t have one, and don’t have one. Also, check in time is so late (4:00)which is difficult when arriving early. And we had a problem with the toilet and they told me to call the service people, not helpful. It still has the same problem.

Lovely condo! Very spacious, great touches in the kitchen and living areas, very comfy. Great parking, pool/ bbq area and view on the patio. I loved the beach chairs, towels and snorkels available for use. Great location, super close to the beach and very kind staff who called to check in on our stay! Would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great stay, unit well taken care of with nice island decor, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you may need, beach chairs and umbrella made our stay even more enjoyable. The hospitality app helps you easily access your condo and grounds. Barbecue area around the pool is great too. Very close to the beach - 5 min walk!

Perfect Location

Our stay in this condo was very good. I would rent condo again, if visiting Kihei. Only confusing matters were parking and parking pass.

Nice Place Great Communication

We had a very nice day and this Tastefully appointed condo. Everything was there that we needed for our stay. Drip pans and drip lines from each air conditioner are now mandatory in the building so I'm sure this unit will install some soon thus eliminating the water on the Lanai which makes it dangerous from a falling point of view. Regardless still a 5-star rating. Thank you.
