Classic and tasteful in style, immaculate attention to detail, just 5 minutes driving distance from Keri Village & 10 minutes from Keri sandy beach this is an exquisite summer retreat. With an outdoor pool featuring sea views & bar settings, cosy outdoor settings, this is a spectacular 600m2 villa, that can host up to 6 guests to unwind in its three curated bedrooms. This luxury self-catering home offers a sublime escapism throughout the seasons.

This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth, non-heated), embellished with lounge areas and premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. A range of recreational amenities awaits, including a ping pong table and a children’s playground to keep younger guests entertained.


Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. Lounge at the sensory designed living room and set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders featuring also an indoor dinning spot. Breeze from the open-plan kitchen-diner to the lounge before heading upstairs to the three bedrooms. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) plus a WC at the ground floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.

There is secure parking space at the Villa’s premises for three cars. Additional cars, can be also accommodated outside of the villa • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, fully equipped kitchen!
