Apartment is in the private house at the ground floor with patio and has two air-condition units.

It's in the ideal location to spend your holiday in Split.

Unlike majority of other apartments, this one is right next to the beaches and parks at the west end of the city.

Beach Zvoncac and ACI Marina Split are just few minutes walking from the apartment.

It's also just few minutes walking to the Split west seafront, Riva promenade, famous Diocletians Palace and Prokrative square.

Living room has an air-condition unit, a large LED TV with cable channels and comfortable sofa bed sleeping two people.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Each bedroom has one cozy double bed.

Master bedroom has an air-condition unit and LED TV too.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

We will also provide you an iron and ironing board.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke in the garden.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance. If allowed, pet surcharge will apply.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment.

You will have your own part of the garden about 30 m2 with table and chairs.

We also provide 2 free private parking spots in front of the house.



**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, in quiet neighbourhood called Meje.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 3 to 10 minutes walking.

Popular Split beaches Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojena Svjetlost are within 5-20 minutes walking from the apartment.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is one minute walking from the apartment.

Ferry port, train and regional bus station are 20-25 minutes walking from the apartment.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 35 min walking from the apartment, or 5-10 min by car.
