The waterfront villa is laid out over three levels. The kitchen is on the ground floor with a large terrace area and pool, panoramic views of the bay of Cannes, Lerins islands and the Cap d’Antibes. The first floor has a living area and a double bedroom and bathroom. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms both with panoramic views. One is a master ensuite and the other has two sets of generous size bunks beds, with an ensuite.

Another lower terrace, perfect for sun lounging offers superb views of the golden sandy beach with turquoise water, and the added bonus of hearing the gentle waves roll in.

The lower garden gate leads to a pathway that takes you to the beach, which boasts its own beach club and restaurant.
