De Juffer is a modernly furnished holiday home on Roosdunen with a south-facing terrace. Nearby are the woods and the outdoor swimming pool (may/september). There is plenty to do for childrenin the summer and the beach is about 1900 meters away and the village of Ballum about 800 meters.

LAYOUT HOUSE
Living room with sitting area, flat screen and wood stove. Open kitchen with large dining table, comfortable chairs, dishwasher and combi oven. Through the sliding door you reach the south-facing terrace with lounge sofa and table with chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and double sink. There is a separate toilet in the spacious hall with wardrobe.

ENVIRONMENT
Ballum is a small village but beautifully centrally located on the island. With 4 km you are in Hollum at, among other things, the lighthouse and the Golf Course (9-hole links course and par 3 course) or you can cycle 6 km and you are in the pleasant village of Nes for shopping.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
