House Elmarino offers a lovely apartment with garden, completely renovated in 2023, about 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei.
It boasts a panoramic and sunny location, yet is not too far from the centre, which is approx. 1 km away and can be reached in approx. 20 minutes on foot, or in a few minutes using the free seasonal buses, which stop right in front of the house.
You will find all the necessary services, such as supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and car rentals right in the centre of Ortisei.In winter the big advantage is the free ski bus that stops right in front of the house and takes you to the Dolomiti Superski lifts.
It runs during the opening period of the lifts.In summer, the first trails start right behind the house, and are particularly advantageous for returning from walks on the Rasciesa. The free summer bus stops right in front of the house, allowing you to reach the centre of Ortisei in just a few minutes.
About 500 metres from the house you will find a lovely public playground with a view of the Sassolungo, where your children can have fun while you relax and admire the fantastic Dolomite panorama.
The lovely south-facing garden will allow you to enjoy all the relaxation of the Dolomites.
House Elmarino offers daily free access to the Mar Dolomit public swimming pools in Ortisei.
The apartment has all the necessary comforts for the perfect holiday in Val Gardena, such as 1 garage parking space (suitable only for small cars - further public outdoor parking spaces available in front of the house), free Wi-Fi, ski room for ski and hiking equipment with boot heater, linen and towels.

Air conditioning (if available) operates from June to September. It will not be turned on if the outside temperature is below 25 °C or the indoor temperature is 23 °C or lower.
The owner reserves the right to adjust heating (if available) and/or air conditioning (if available) based on operating conditions and energy efficiency.
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing. If allowed, it must be approved by MUSEholiday and may involve an additional fee according to house rules.
Energy waste (electricity, gas, or other resources), such as leaving lights on while absent or heating with open windows, may result in an extra charge.
Guests must ventilate the apartment at least twice a day (morning and evening) for at least 5 minutes to prevent humidity and mold. If this is not followed and mold is found after departure, restoration costs will be charged.

The accommodation is not stocked with food (e.g. spices) or consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, or soap. Any provided items are a one-time welcome set and will not be refilled. Refills can be requested for an additional cost, including delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, all keys, cards, and other items received at check-in must be returned to the original location. Otherwise, a €50 collection fee will be charged. Lost keys will be charged based on the actual replacement cost, including possible lock system changes.
