¡No se pierda esta oportunidad de alojarse en una de las principales villas de Hali'i Kai en Waikoloa Beach Resort! Hali'i Kai se encuentra a pocos minutos de las playas de arena, golf de clase mundial, hoteles y restaurantes. Una de las características maravillosas de Hali'i Kai es su área de piscina frente al mar. El Ocean Club cuenta con una magnífica piscina estilo resort de múltiples capas, junto con un pequeño restaurante y un gimnasio.

Hali'i Kai 12B es espectacular. Tiene una impresionante vista al mar a través del agujero de la firma del campo de golf de playa de Waikoloa. Durante el invierno se puede disfrutar del surf increíble, así como avistamientos de ballenas. El lanai es el lugar perfecto para ver la puesta de sol después de un día completo de actividades y cuenta con una parrilla de acero inoxidable. Es un paseo muy corto hasta el Hali'i Kai Ocean Club. Esta villa de la planta baja ofrece fácil acceso sin escaleras para subir y puede caminar desde su lanai a una hermosa área de césped para disfrutar de la captura o simplemente relajarse bajo el sol.

Esta lujosa villa de Hali'i Kai estaba decorada profesionalmente. El salón tiene un sofá con dos sillas laterales. Cuenta con un televisor LCD montado en la pared con cable extendido y un reproductor de DVD. Disfrute de acceso inalámbrico a internet en toda la villa. El comedor para cuatro personas está justo al lado del salón. La villa tiene una cocina completamente mejorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Está completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina, utensilios, platos y cristalería.
El dormitorio principal, con una hermosa decoración, tiene una cama king size. Hay un televisor LCD montado en la pared. Esta habitación también tiene vista al mar. El baño principal tiene tocadores dobles y una ducha muy grande. Disfrute de lujosos productos de baño Kohala Spa.
El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y un televisor. Puede solicitar que el dormitorio de invitados se convierta en cama king size. Justo al lado de la habitación de invitados se encuentra el baño de visitas con una combinación de bañera / ducha.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, Will definitely return

Beautiful property and location. Unit has premium furnishings, appliances etc. New or near- new cookware, dishes. We have been visiting Big Island since the 1980's, and have just found "our Happy Place" What really distinguishes this rental experience apart from all the rest was Jessica from the Waikoloa Vacation Rental Management. She is very hands on, superbly proactive in handling a couple minor issues. Simply the best communication and helpfulness that we have experienced in Hawaii. We see no reason to use any other rental management company in the future, and we will rent a 3BR unit from them when we bring another couple. Otherwise, VERY happy with this 12B 2 BR unit

There isn't a better place to stay

First - location, location, location. A great location for day trips or just hanging out. There are restaurants and shops close by. All your needs are covered. The patio has a great ocean view. Fabulous place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset. The place is immaculate. The kitchen is incredible. All new wolf appliances. Fully stocked. They also have a number of items for your use for the beach. Great communication. Hard to leave this place. If you are coming to the Big Island, I can't think of a better place to stay.

Amazing view, great location. This unit is super close to the pool/restaurant area which is very convenient. Condo had everything you needed as far as appliances and utensils. Overall great stay!

Condo was well stocked with everything you would need from snorkeling gear to laundry detergent! The location was perfect as listed a couple feet from the pool/bar area! If we come back to the Big Island, we will pick this place again!!

Beautifully Appointed

12b is very nicely decorated and comfortable, with high end appliances. Great location, just a quick walk around the corner to the Ocean Club. It had everything we needed for a quick trip to Hawaii Island.

Beautiful Property

This property was ultimately the best we’ve stayed over several years visiting Hawaii. Location and view were top notch. Condo was very well stocked with condiments, coffee, shopping bags, clothes washing soap and many little things to much to mention. The battery in the smoke detector ran out & very nice lady (sorry didn’t get name) got there in 15 minutes to replace. Our daughter & husband came to stay for one week and loved the condo. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and Club House food. Kathy at the Club House was especially nice. We loved Unit 12B. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Amazing location and property

Hali'i Kai was simply amazing and this property is in a fantastic location...expansive views of ocean (perfect for whale watching) and steps to the pool. This will be our go to property for trips to the Big Island.

super nice condo with great view and location ..

Condo was set up very nice with all the amenities needed for a great stay, pantry stocked with all the condiments and appliances flat screen tvs in all room's. Bathrooms well stocked with shampoos, conditioners, lotions nice towels and even robes super close to pool, workout room plus beach stuff!!! we will be renting again next year for sure....... Thanks to owners and property managment !!!

Summer vacation

12B was probably the best vrbo we have stayed at. The furnishings were fabulous, it had a well-stocked kitchen with great dishes, pots and pans and all the extras you would need for your stay. The view from the lanai was great, we got up early each day and enjoyed the view of the golfers while we drank our coffee. The golfers made for some free entertainment. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing, and enough supplies for our 9 night stay. We didn’t need to go out and buy one item because we never ran out of anything it was that well stocked up. We would highly recommend this as a vrbo rental to anyone. They even sent us a Hawaii travel book a few weeks before our arrival which was a nice touch. We loved 12B and would 100% stay there again on another trip to Kona.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waikoloa Vacation Rentals is one of the easiest Rental Companies to work with that I have ever booked with. Seemless booking, arrival and 3 week stay. 12B is thoroughly stocked with everything you could ever need for your vacation and even more. The condo is just lovely, beautiful furnishings and was spotless. The master bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave it in the morning, except for looking out the window and wanting to go greet the beautiful day!We spent so much time on the lanai for sunsets, meals and just lounging. The view is fabulous. Intoxicating! We absolutely LOVED the pool/restaurant/bar and spent a good amount of our days there. Bartender Chris entertained us every day and we find ourselves missing him and his stories already. Beautiful complex! We met so many people from all over, it was a blessing. I don't want to end without letting you know how much fun the Hilton is and how accessible by a short walk from the complex! We ate at all their restaurants, and probably walked over there several times a week just for the enjoyment. You can get a daypass at their front desk and use the pool and lagoon all day too. We did that the day before we left the island, and have so many fun memories just from that day. Mauna Lani to the North, has phenomenal restaurants and shoppes just like the Hilton. We are coming back! Mahalo and Aloha!

Beautiful Sunsets in a Gorgeous Condo

My husband, daughter and I stayed in Halii Kai 12 b for 9 nights over the New Year’s holiday. It was exactly as advertised: clean, well provisioned, with a spectacular view of sunset and whales! They even have the martini glasses and shaker to make sunset martinis! What they didn’t tell us was that in winter you can step out on the grass and watch sunrise too!! The furnishings are upscale and the kitchen has lovely pots, pans and appliances. We have stayed at Halii Kai before and so were a bit concerned that since the b units have no windows on the sides, it would be like staying in a cave. The orientation of this unit allows light in all day long. The only draw back of that is it is a bit too hot to sit on the lanai in the afternoon because the sun shines directly on you and there is no shade. Since the amazing oceanfront Halii Kai pool is just steps away, this is an easy problem to overcome. I only have two recommendations to make this unit better. We would have loved to have a bbq on the lanai as did all of the other units in this building. The grill at the pool is often busy, so it can be challenging to time a meal. Also, we had asked that the two twins in the second bedroom be converted to a king. This was done without the proper bolster so the crack between the 2 twin mattresses was very obvious and quite uncomfortable for our daughter. The management suggested I use some extra bedding to fill in the crack and this helped a bit. If they get the proper kit for changing the twins into a king then, I would recommend this unit for 2 couples traveling together; otherwise it is best for a couple and two singles. Overall, these two issues are far out weighed by benefits of this unit’s amenities from bathrobes and soft bath towels, to the well stocked kitchen and pantry with leftover basics from previous guests to its location very close to the Halii Kai pool complex and the ability to sip martinis while watching the sun set into the ocean!

Beautiful and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 9 days in July. We come to Hawaii every year and stay in different condos, on different islands. This condo was the best because # 1 the pantry was FULL. Things were left from past tenants, spices, coffee filters, boxed cereal, etc. So we didn't have to rush out and buy minor condiments. #2 The Internet worked well #3 Nice furniture, appliances, and enough toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent. #4 close to the pool. # 5 Gated community. #6 beautiful view of both golf course and ocean. We loved this condo and will come back again, hopefully for a longer stay.
