This recently refurbished Victorian home is situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Reflections is generously spread across three floors and offers extraordinary views over Porthmeor beach as well as St Ives Harbour and beyond!

This boho chic home is bright and airy and has invaluable on-site parking for one car as well as an outside area.

The charming living room is flooded with light from the patio doors and has chic furnishings, you’ll be ready to put your feet up at any time. Sit back and relax and why not put on the smart TV with a glass of wine or switch on the electric log burner and snuggle up with a book.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also plenty of utensils and crockery to whip up a dinner for the whole family.

Take your fancy out of the two dining spaces, whether that be the dining table and chairs located in the open plan living area or stay in the kitchen and cosy up in the breakfast nook.

Reflections’ master bedroom, located on the top floor, has breathtaking sea views on either side, reaching as far as Porthmeor beach and St Ives Harbour and beyond. There is a desk situated under one of the windows so you can enjoy these views at your ease. There is a king size bed, with a sink and plenty of storage and hanging space.

The spacious and light second bedroom also has a king sized bed and benefits from the gorgeous St Ives sea views! This bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers as well as a sink.

The cute third bedroom consists of two single beds, lots of drawers and a smart TV, the perfect entertainment in bed after a long day exploring the Cornish Coastlines.

The family bathroom has a bathtub with a detachable shower head and a wash hand basin.

There is a separate WC located next to the bathroom.

• Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care. The parking space dimensions are 2.5m wide and 4.9m long.
• Access Statement – Reflections is accessed from the parking space via two small steps through the front door down into the kitchen. Please note, Reflections is located over three floors and guests will be required to climb stairs. The flight of stairs between the first and second floors are steep and narrow.
