This magnificent 15th century village house is located in the heart of Haut de Cagnes. The Grimaldi castle is only 300m away and in the square of the castle there are many restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes or drink your aperitif like the painter Renoir used to do. Only 3km from the seaside and its beaches and 6km from Nice airport, this charming house has a terrace of 8m² and a panoramic view over the sea, from Cap Ferrat to Cap D'Antibes.
