Murrawingi - a beautiful modern coastal home
Murrawingi is an outstanding coastal holiday home with some of the finest views in South Devon. Located on the exclusive Moult Road, the house is all on one level and has a gently curving terrace running the length of the house.
You cannot help but be wowed by the terrace that takes full advantage of the dramatic panoramic views of the Salcombe beaches, yachts coming into harbour, and all the way out to sea. And it's only a short walk to South Sands beach to swim in the refreshing sea, or grab a bite to eat at one of the two hotel restaurants.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen has a lovely hidden coffee making area and possibly one of the best windows in Salcombe. The window concertinas and folds all the way back meaning you can pass drinks and nibbles out to friends on the terrace, or an all important Salcombe gin and tonic!
There is a lovely open plan dining and living area with a wood burner to light on cooler nights, and a jukebox to fire up for some RnR. Large sliding windows concertina back to give access to the large and private terrace.
The sunny terrace will be your haven on warmer days; plenty of comfortable seating with a large umbrella to shield you from the sunshine, and outdoor dining table and chairs for enjoying al fresco lunches and suppers.
The master bedroom (super king) is sensational with a window that looks out towards Sunny Cove, and sliding windows leading out onto the curved terrace. Enjoy having a cup of tea in the morning accompanied by a spectacular view out to sea over the bar.
Two more bedrooms at the front of the house (one king and one double) have spell-binding views too, and the twin bedroom at the back of the house will be a peaceful place for children to fall asleep after busy days on the beach.
The two shower rooms are beautifully tiled and have large overhead showers for relaxing under. The utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink has plenty of room for washing/drying from the days events.
Murrawingi is a well-proportioned house that is perfect for your next coastal retreat with friends or family, and enjoys spectacular views. There is a footpath at the bottom of the garden which leads down to South Sands beach within minutes. Access to Salcombe town centre is a walk along the picturesque Cliff Road that runs alongside the estuary and takes approximately 20 minutes.

One well behaved dog allowed for an additional charge
From the terrace there is access to the steep garden below. For that reason, this house may not be suitable for very young children.
