No.26 Marina View apartment, parking permit, harbour and Marina views

This stunning new first floor self contained apartment has the busy vibe of the town and marina from the front lounge and kitchen area, with marina and bridge views. Whilst the bedroom and outdoor balcony area offer a quiet and tranquil space for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine with your morning coffee, the morning birdsong is an absolute delight. Situated very close to restaurants, bars, Nothe Fort and Hope square, whilst the beach is just a short 10 minute stroll around the harbourside
The space
newly renovated 2023 with all new fixtures, fittings and furnishings. The space is very bright and airy with stunning views of the town bridge, harbour and marina. Make a coffee and sit in the bay window and watch the world go by. There is a tv in the lounge and also a tv in the bedroom, a separate toilet and shower room both over looking the balcony area. The bed is a king size bed, full length mirrored wardrobe, double French doors leading to the balcony area, where you will find a table and chairs to relax . The kitchen is equipped with all basic requirements, including a fridge, oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher. A microwave is available to use. Bathroom towels are provided for your stay. A daily maid/cleaner is available on request (chargeable).
Guest access
The house is split into 2 apartments and 2 ensuite rooms (rooms 2 & 3), so there are no shared living spaces in my home. The hallway leads to each accommodation with their own locked doors.

Please note ..... there are 3 steps from the lounge to the bedroom

Other things to note

No infants or children under the age of 12. No pets welcome.
The lounge area does experience some floorboard noise from above, but rest assured that the bedroom area is very peaceful.

Fabulous property for a weekend away in Weymouth

We had the most enjoyable long weekend at this property in what was our first trip to Weymouth. The apartment had great views and was fitted out perfectly to meet our needs. Situated perfectly overlooking the marina and close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the buzz of the town. Will definately stay there again next time we visit the south.

Short getaway

Ideal as could walk to most of Weymouth and easily visited other areas by car. Flat in the centre of things but quiet at night. Would stay there again.

A real gem

Fabulous location and great accommodation. We were first time visitors to the area and absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious and well cared for with everything you need for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return.

Perfect location and views

We were lucky to have lovely weather for a weeks stay and enjoyed having evening drinks on the balcony. The view from the lounge as the sunset was beautiful. Well located for walking into town and popping to Asda. Lovely shower and good quality fixtures and fittings.

Wonderful apartment. Sharon is a great hostess, and we enjoyed meeting her and talking with her. Everything was very neat, clean and tidy, and spacious, even down to the small terrace. All that we required and more was provided. The location was ideal, and the views out to the water and lifting bridge were ever-changing and interesting. It was ideal for our extended stay, of more than two weeks. Thank you, Sharon.

Excellent stay

A very clean and smart, tastefully decorated flat with excellent space for two. We loved the position looking over the quay with boats coming and going. Easy access to beach and bars. Convenient parking with c/park next door.

This was our first time staying at this place, and it wont be the last! It was absolutely perfect. So nicely furnished and decorated. Also had a cute little balcony area around the back. I couldn't fault this place at all 👌😊. Totally recommed it.

Brilliant inside and out

The apartment was tastfully furnished, with every amenity. The view from the front over the marina was very entertaining, something going on at all times of day. Whilst the secluded sitting area at back was a little sun trap. Sharon even let us know about the weekly fireworks in the bay, which were spectacular. Would recommend.

Charming holiday apartment

Charming holiday apartment, right on the harbor in Weymouth. All shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. From the apartment you have a direct view of the street and the harbor. So you won't get bored even when it rains. The apartment offers exactly what it is described. Simple, nice terrace. Good, large and functional bathroom. Good bed with a good mattress. Very quiet. Contact with the host by email, exemplary. Responds to questions immediately. Parking situation not so easy, especially if you are a stranger. We would rent the apartment again. WE are a German couple who like to hike in the very beautiful English countryside.

Heerlijk appartement op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt.

Gelegen aan de haven met zicht op de brug. Deze gaat met regelmaat open zodat je de uit en intocht van de boten kunt bekijken. Talrijke leuke restaurants rondom de haven, keuze is reuze. Appartement voorziet in alles en is keurig schoon. Bed slaapt heerlijk, geen last van voorbijgangers. Parkeren top geregeld, voor de deur, met parkeerkaart.

Excellent endroit que nous avons grandement apprécié, tout était parfait, il ne manque rien dans cette appartement. Belle cuisinette tout équipée, salon confortable et décoré avec goût, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain parfaite, j'oubliais la belle petite terrasse intime et calme. La situation est parfaite pour visiter Weymouth. Si tout les hébergements étaient comme celui de Sharon, se serait le bonheur. Un immense MERCI à Sharon qui est charmante et avenante.
