Casa Barrilito: Un hogar moderno de alquiler de lujo en un barrio aislado

Escapar de la realidad a este recién construido moderno 4000 + pies cuadrados casa situada en el barrio deseable de Puntas, justo fuera del camino trillado. Casa Barrilito fue diseñada por la galardonada firma de arquitectura Big Prototype con sede en Brooklyn, NY. La casa estaba cuidadosamente situado en la propiedad para tomar en los vientos alisios del noreste, el acceso a una brisa fresca constante para mantener la casa en un clima cómodo.

Esta casa familiar puede acomodar grandes grupos de amigos o familias con facilidad. Hay mucho espacio para que todo el mundo se extienda en los grandes patios cubiertos mientras disfruta de las amplias vistas al océano de la Bahía de Aguadilla y el Océano del Caribe. Ver las luces brillan en el océano de la bahía en la noche, mientras las estrellas brillan intensamente.
Pasar todo el día en la piscina de agua salada mientras contempla hacia el océano. Jugar con los niños en los pasos de gran tamaño o disfrutar de una bebida y la conversación, mientras que inmerso en la piscina en los taburetes de la barra incorporada.
En los meses de invierno coger las ballenas jorobadas saltando de alegría como disfrutar de sus vacaciones de invierno en las aguas cálidas del Caribe, después de un largo viaje desde el noreste. Hay un montón de piscina al aire libre y asientos de patio, así como tumbonas.

La cocina ha sido cuidadosamente considerada para acomodar a cualquier aspirante a chef con una isla de tamaño jumbo que invita a todos a reunirse mientras cena se está preparando. Mesas de comedor de interior y al aire libre son tanto y opción, dependiendo de su estado de ánimo. Disfrute de barbacoas en el patio con su familia y amigos mientras disfruta de vistas panorámicas del Caribe.

El plan de piso abierto permite a grandes grupos de todas las edades para esparcir cómodamente en la sala de estar, zona de tv, comedor y cocina.

Cada uno de los cinco dormitorios tiene su propia unidad de aire acondicionado para el control personal del clima, ropa de cama de lujo, baños de tamaño completo y más.
La sala de literas tiene una cama litera grande con dos camas individuales en el piso y una cama queen size arriba.
Las habitaciones cómodamente dormir 12 personas en las camas y otros 2 en el tamaño de la reina sofá cama.

La casa viene equipada con sillas de playa, equipo de snorkel, flotadores de piscina, enfriadores, etc. Ropa de cama, playa y toallas de baño siempre. Cable, wifi, altavoces de diente azul, cocina totalmente equipada, juegos y lavandería.

También ofrecemos un juego de n pack, silla alta, baby gate, floaties para la piscina y juguetes para niños de todas las edades.

Sandy Beach está justo al final de la carretera, a menos de una milla de distancia donde se puede tomar el sol, nadar, navegar o paddle bordo. Sandy Beach es una de las playas de estreno de Rincón que se extiende por kilómetros. Otras playas populares son Maria's, Domes and Steps Beach. Disfrute de todo lo que Rincon tiene para ofrecer, como surf, paddle embarque, snorkeling, buceo, charters de pesca, vela, equitación, masajes, yoga, tenis y golf.

La casa está a sólo 30 minutos del aeropuerto de Aguadilla (BQN) ya 2 horas del aeropuerto de San Juan (SJU) con vuelos diarios a Aguadilla en Jetblue, United y Spirit. Todas las principales aerolíneas hacen vuelos diarios a San Juan.

Sólo tienes que llevar tu traje de baño y estar preparado para relajarse en el paraíso tropical.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We stayed at Casa Barrilito for a week with friends. There were 7 adults and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The house offers plenty of common space with a open kitchen/living room/sitting area and dining room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are also a lot of other amenities like beach towels, floats, toys, etc. We spent most of our time outside on the decks which offered shade from the sun enjoying the beautiful scenery. The pool was large enough for all of us to be in at the same time. The caretaker was very accommodating and answered any questions right away. Although it has nothing to do with the house, the roosters in the area can be noisy. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect home in Rincon

This home had a breathtaking view overlooking the ocean. Our kids spent hours in the pool, which is quite large. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tons of bath towels and beach towels for our group of 12. There was shampoo, laundry soap, etc. We spent each night out of the deck playing games and having a great time. We had a 15 passenger van that was a little tough to get out of the driveway, but the guys figured it out. There are quite a few roosters around so bring ear plugs if that bothers you. We used a white noise fan app. Allison was very helpful and provided us with a great book listing all the great restaurants and activities in the area. I am so sad our trip is over!

We had an amazing stay here. House is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Pool and views are awesome. Such a quick drive to any beaches, restaurants and activities we wanted to do. The property manager was incredibly attentive and this house is great for a big family trip or a good time with a bunch of friends. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is confortable and open to a lovely view of the sea and mountain. For sure we will return.

We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughter and son and their spouses who were accompanied with their kids. In all we were eleven persons. The kids were up at seven and half an hour later in the pool. No one touch the sand we stayed in the house the whole weekend; talking, playing, swimming, cooking, eating, drinking and sleeping. No one fell the need of going out. The view from the house is magnificent from every room during daytime and at night you could spent hours looking at the starry sky. The youngs and the olds enjoyed this weekend.

Casa Barralito is Awesom

I don't know where to begin, Casa Barralito was an awesome place to stay. We had a group of 9 and we had more than enough space. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This place is ideal for large groups. The house is less than a year old and it's obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into the layout. The kitchen has all of the finest appliances and we enjoyed cooking and being able to converse with everyone at the same time. All of the bedrooms are spacious, the open kitchen/living room and the large deck. We never even turned the A/C on, once we opened all the windows, the cross breeze kept everyone cool throughout the day and night. There are 2 back bedrooms where you may need to turn on the A/C at night. The ocean views are spectacular and are visible from almost anywhere on the property. The pool is perfect. I had a broken shoulder and couldn't risk going in the ocean. That didn't matter, I spent the week floating in the pool sipping boat drinks enjoying the view of the vast blue waters down below. They even have stools in the pool to sit in while your housemates bring you refreshing beverages. The house is located just a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

Best scape from the city one flight away!

I fell in love with Rincon through you, you have an amazing view, and it was a treat to wake up in your paradise. Felt intimate and secluded, yet super close to town, and of course to delicious Carta Buena. The architecture of the house is as beautiful as the view, luxurious but warm with touches of color. Pretty and smart are not an easy find but they reside here among the meticulously thought out design of the space. Love the big common area, open and spacious, it tends to assemble everybody in the big kitchen to hang. We always ended up there cooking, eating, and laughing. The design of the space separates the bedrooms to the corners, this make them feel very private and they offer a great place for an afternoon nap. The pool is unreal, it's the best place to start your day, floating in the middle of nature or to end the day with drinks at the pool bar. I cannot wait to come back for a cold medalla by the pool while the sun sets in the horizon. Thanks for all the good memories, Casa Barrilito is a great escape from the city, a little paradise one flight away.

Stunning and Serene!

This home has everything you'll ever want and more!! I had the privilege and absolute pleasure of staying at Casa Barrilito w/8 of my closest friends. The spacious floor plan is perfect for entertaining multiple couples and/or families. The house is gorgeous w/every amenity you could ever hope for... fantastic views, an inviting pool w/built in bar stools, large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and tons of storage, luxurious bathrooms, stunning tile work throughout, and a huge kitchen that would make a professional Chef feel giddy! If you do find you're able to tear yourselves away from the property, I highly recommend going down the road to Carta Buena- grab a coffee and a smoothie and walk their organic garden that supplies the delicious food they offer. For great cocktails, food, and atmosphere, the Shipwreck has my vote. A short drive away to San Sebastian are the Gozalandia Hiking Trails that are pretty spectacular with waterfalls to boot! The property manager Ali is extremely professional and helpful, truly a joy to work with. I honestly will never stay anywhere else when visiting Rincon. Thank you Casa Barrilito for the best vacation ever!

Perfect Stay in Paradise!

Casa Barrilito is a wonderful place to stay. This house is truly special. Tucked away into the hillside it has a surprising private feel that opens into sprawling ocean views. The floor plan is perfect, the large open common areas allow for group gatherings, while the bedrooms feel private as they are located in the corners of the house and to top it off there’s an amazing deck that wraps all the way around the 2nd floor! Great for sunset drinks! The pool is epic, clear and warm, it’s angled to bask in the morning sun rays and with a swim up bar, some days we didn’t want to leave the property. The place seems to be brand new. The beds are comfortable and the linens are new and soft. The kitchen appliances are new and state of the art including a washer/dryer, which makes travel packing a bit easier. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Luxury in Rincon!

Dear Casa Barrilito, We cannot thank you enough for the perfect vacation! The house is so lovely! So new! So comfortable! So spacious! It's designed beautifully. We came with two other families, and it never felt crowded due to the open layout and multiple floors. Everyone kept talking about how comfortable they were and how good they slept. The pool is amazing! We love how there is no real deep end - it's great for everyone! Having a swim-up bar area, a bathroom right off the pool, and an outside shower are just a few of the very well thought out design points to make for a fun and easy vacation. The location is super convenient to the best beaches and restaurants. We had a great meal at La Copa Llena, although our best meals were at the house sitting outside on the deck with good food, family and friends. What else do you need? A great view...check! Plus, the clean/stocked kitchen was such a joy to cook in. Thank you for opening your home to us - we cannot wait to come back! 413 really is the road to happiness! See you soon, The Yaccarinos

Brand new home! Luxury.

This house, the furniture and everything in it is brand new. The barrel roof on main floor allows for a open floor plan which is a perfect hang out area for the group. Super secluded and safe, down one-way-road and then up a steep driveway, but just off of the 413 (“road to happiness”). With security cameras. Huge kitchen, and living rooms with 2 large dining areas. 2 master bedrooms which allowed 2 families to have their own space. Amazing views of the forest and sea from the house and from pool (oh pool has a swim up bar which was super fun). Just moments away from beach and restaurants. Overall an amazing house and a perfect vacation.

Casa Barrilito delivers the magic!

Casa Barrilto was truly a unique and beautiful experience for our entire family. This house exceeded all of our expectations and met all of our needs. The appliances are brand new, every room has its own high end ac unit and the place is super clean.! With the open room design and views from every room, Casa Barrilito creates a very special energy that is hard to walk away from. Aside from the endless views of the ocean and jungle from the infinity pool, it's perfect for the kids with nice wide steps and a swim up bar for the adults. We can't wait to come back!

Casa Barrilito was truly a wonderful place to stay. No hotel could feel so elegant and modern, and yet so private and homey. We were 6 people, two related families, and often had two more family members over. We each had room to feel like we had private space, but lots of ways to hang out together. There was none of the musty smell beach houses can have, because the Trade Winds blow through all the many windows and kept it fresh and cool, while the sun warmed the salt water pool all morning; at this time of year it gave us afternoon shade. At night, the pool light glows different colors and it is spectacular! The house has all the things you could need for cooking and eating together; we just bought food. It is minutes by car from all the great places in Rincon. There are lots of towels, beach chairs and snorkel equipment.making beach trips easy and fun. Allison, the property manager, was easy going, friendly and helpful. Little things came up as one would expect when PR is still in recovery mode, and she was very available, and responded quickly to any issues. There were brief power outages, but the generator turned on automatically and turned off as soon as the power was back. The driveway is very steep but once you've done it a few times it's easy. All in we had wonderful time and plan to be back next year!

Home away from home with sweeping views of the ocean and lush green Nature to surround you

Casa Barrilito is spectacular!! A gorgeous home built for luxury and comfort. The house layout is open with a great cooking kitchen and huge center island for the ultimate kitchen hang. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. With 2 master bedrooms, 2 queen Bedrooms and an awesome bunk room- you never feel like you’re in each other space. Each bedroom has its own zen feel to it. Both master bedrooms have their own bathrooms - which is An added bonus! We spent everyday floating in the pool and having delicious drinks and snacks while sitting on the bar stools in the pool. The pool rocks. The house is close To everything you need. Literally everything. The house has everything you could need on vacation— and More! They even have snorkel gear! Ali is amazing to work with- she is friendly, professional and makes your stay feel effortless. She has lived in Rincon for 15 years so she is dialed in on everything. Overall This house rocks! We already booked our return and can’t wait to come back to Casa Barrilito.

Home Away From Home But In Paradise

My family and I have been visiting Rincon for years and we have always rented from Ali. When she told us about Casa Barrillito we couldn't wait to see this new property as all of her properties are pristine and built for vacationers. When we arrived we were thrilled to see this gorgeous property. It's furnished perfectly throughout the house. The owners have done an exceptional job stocking the house with anything and everything you could need or want in a vacation home. The kitchen is huge which makes cooking fun. The indoor and outdoor space is built for pure lounging. The pool is perfect for kids and adults. The built in bar stools while sipping on a drink was lovely. The outdoor shower rocks. The views of the ocean beyond the lush green trees and hills is breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants just minutes from the house. Beaches, Surfing, Paddle Boarding, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, yoga- you name it- all right at your finger tips. We can't say enough about this home and Rincon! We have already booked our next stay at Casa Barrillito and can't wait to get back! Thank you Ali!!!

Perfect long weekend escape!

Decided on Rincon (easy drive from Aguadilla airport and direct flights from South Florida!) for a long guys weekend. Needed a big space and Casa Barrilitos (it has a name!) was perfect. Plenty of space to hang out and plenty of space for down time. Left the property twice for great meals and once to explore in the 4 days we were there, but we coulda never left. The owners were super helpful and told us there is an Econo (large super market) in town so we stocked up on arrival and did alot of grill'n and chill'n. Stunning ocean views w/jungle serenity.

This place is amazing! Perfect views of the ocean from a hillside jungle. Even with the ocean so close we never left! The pool was perfect for lunging and entertaining. So much space, all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. Truly felt like a home away from home. We had a decent sized group with us, used all 5 rooms and still so many different areas to be social or private. Mid summer, we expected to be blazing in the heat, but the higher elevation and the ocean breezes kept us comfortable for the entire stay. Can't wait to book again next year and make this place a tradition!
