Welcome to Villa El Encanto! A carefully tucked gem located on the West coast of Puerto Rico. We are happy to host your family getaway and show you why we call Puerto Rico "La Isla del Encanto" (The Island of Enchantment).

Come and experience this expansive, charming estate with your loved ones. With plenty of space and 3 individual units (rented together) you will have plenty of privacy within your group but still be close enough to make those special memories.

The property consists of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 kitchens and sleeps 17.

The villa sits proudly above world renown Sandy Beach, overlooking the endless Atlantic Ocean and gentle rolling hills of this magical town of Rincón. Watch the cool ocean breeze kiss the tropical Caribbean foliage with a drink in your hand and a smile in your heart. Enjoy the sunset from the porch or take the short walk down to Sandy beach and explore the local scene with bars/restaurants and gift shops just steps away.

As a relatively new listing
guests can enjoy a spectacularly beautiful property at a very modest price.

The hill to access the house is VERY steep, only walkable if you are in the condition to do so :)

Everything was great, the spacious property with fabulous ocean views, the location near the beach, the beautiful plantings on the property, the sparkling clean pool, and the most responsive host we’ve every worked with. Our family of 12, 2-75 years old loved it! We hope to come back next year.

Very responsive host was the cherry on top of a fantastic property. We were a party of 8 adults and 1 six month old. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone and everything was just the right blend of comfortable and luxurious. Closer to Sandy beach and restaurants. And the yard was gorgeous and huge too!

Great stay at an island paradise!

Very happily surprised with our 1 week stay at Villa El Encanto. Gio arrived to explain the features and benefits and Erica was always a text or phone call away. We will be in touch with Kare again for future stays at their properties.

Wonderful home in a perfect location

We had nine people in our group, ages 12-82, and the property was perfect for us. We stayed in the upstairs, the downstairs, and the studio and each was great. Beautiful views every direction. Plenty of space for us to spread out at some times and all come together at others. The pool, the beaches, the food - what an incredible getaway.

Perfect retreat in PR!

We loved our stay. The pool was perfection, the outdoor kitchen was incredible for grilling up all our fresh caught fish, and the house had ample space for two families to stay comfortably. We loved our location and took several day trips to check out waterfalls, other beach areas, etc. the team was super responsive with any issues or questions that arose and otherwise everything was very clear and easy!

Amazing Family vacation

I booked this house for our annual family vacation. Not knowing until 4 months before our trip that my future son in-law decided to propose to my daughter during our stay. I cannot express enough how much we loved staying here. The house was perfect for the small gathering we had for the engagement party. It was very spacious for all of us. I would definitely come back here and will recommend this house to my family and friends. Five star for this place.

Charming Villa El Encanto

This is a charming property with great entertainment and relaxation. The rooms and balconies are very large and spacious and the different levels worked great for our multi family group. The pool is large and the landscaping and size of the grounds is unmatched. We would certainly recommend this property to others. It is located near beaches and other tourist areas. The property managers were very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests that arose.

Enchanting home

Beautiful house and property. The three units were spacious and fit all 16 of us comfortably. The only problem i had was getting up the hill after heavy rain I recommend renting an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle. I definitely recommend thus house to large groups or families

Great Location

Amazing location and beautiful place to stay with a big family. As advertised. If you plan to work from here, know that the service might be frequently interrupted in the area. I had to use my hot spot most of the time. Other than that, the place is perfect and recommended for a good time.

The stay was wonderful, clean, easy, overall amazing

The home is beautiful, spacious, exactly like the pictures. We stayed 4 days and wished we stayed longer. The owners are always on top of it. We got there and the pool was a little dirty we contacted then abd the next day they were there cleaning and making sure everything was good to go. Family of 14 stayed comfortably. Rooms clean, bathroom clean. Just overall a wonderful experience, we will be booking once again hopefully soon! Erica, Karen, Ryan were top notch.

I could stay here for the entirety of my vacation.

Loved this place. Considering I am on vacation with 8 members of my family, this was a large property with plenty of room for us to not be crammed together. It was also very clean. The pool was fantastic. The brand new grill was used for a few good meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and I would have loved to steal them and bring them to my next place. Close by are some good restaurants we enjoyed and the beach, though the beach was a little rough to swim in during our stay. But nearby are some other great swimming beaches, so that was no big deal! The property managers were very responsive and polite, and we really appreciated it. For sure, this rating is 10/10.

Thanks for being great guests, hope to see you again! Sandy beach can be as calm as a lake or have beautiful surfable waves. If it’s a swimming beach you’re looking for and Sandy beach is not calm you can drive 10 minutes or less and find what you’re looking for…that’s the beauty of Rincón!!

This was a spontaneous spring break trip which only took a few days to plan and.

The first thing that strikes you as you walk onto the grounds is it’s expansiveness and the impeccable landscaping. We honestly questioned if we were at the right location as the photos on this site do not do it justice. As we entered the main home we were again struck by it’s size. The house had more than enough room to sleep two families of four and then some plus plenty of room to lounge out in the living rooms and outside lounge areas. If you got stuck inside on a rainy day there would be plenty of room for guests to gather in one of the large common areas to play board games or watch a movie on one of the massive big screen TV’s. There is a separate building with an upstairs studio apartment which was also ours although we never used it. All together there were three kitchens plus an outdoor BBQ near the pool house which had everything you need including silverware, plates, pots, pans and a dishwasher so there is no need to buy paper plates and things like that. The pool was great to start and end ours days with as we spent most of our days at the many nearby beaches, bars and restaurants.

Amazing property, amazing vacation!

Villa el Encanto was everything we hoped for and more. We arrived to a super clean home and felt welcome and comfortable as soon as we entered the property. Each unit is separate and has it’s own kitchen and living space which was great for our big group. I didn't think we could have so many people yet still be able to have privacy when we wanted but also have great areas to gather for meals and hang time. This is the most comfortable vacation home we have stayed at. The yard is HUGE which was a big plus for both the kids and adults. After playing ball in the yard, everyone jumped in the pool which was super refreshing. The beach is just a short walk down the hill and we got our exercise on the way back up :). We walked to many of the local bars/restaurants including Casa Verde, Tamboo, Jake’s Java and Casa Islena. We also shopped in Mango Beach shop and a couple other gift shops in the area. Sandy beach was beautiful and our group enjoyed swimming and surfing so close to the house. And the views! You can see the ocean from almost anywhere on the property but the second floor view was especially stunning. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and actually saw humpback whales jumping in the distance! It was a dream. The house was well stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay and the property managers were super responsive to all our needs and questions. The beds were comfortable, the house is well cared for and in great shape…we couldn’t have been happier!
