Disgusting. Do not stay here!!
The location was a down an alley with a front door that was torn off its hinges. Our room was on the main floor literally 3 feet from the entrance. When we tried to check in the code they gave us was wrong. When called about it they sent us a utube video on how to open the lock?? After 30 mins of trying the lockbox they said the codes were changed in the building due to security reasons! We finally entered our unit and found it to be nothing like the photos or the description. The entire thing was filthy. There were stains on the couches. The oven was filthy with burnt pieces of cardboard in it. There were no toiletries. It was the most disgusting place we had ever seen. When we called the property manager they said they would send a cleaner. They would have need to send a restoration crew to fix this unit. We asked for another room at least because it was unsafe to stay there. We were told there were no other rooms. When the "cleaners" arrived all they did was bring some shampoo & hand soap. My wife was in tears. We told them we could not stay there. We showed them around and they saw how bad it was. They then showed us another unit. Even though we were told they had no availability. This unit was on the floor above and was a marked improvement from the other one but the stairs were broken. The internet & tv didn't work. There were no tea towels or hand towels. There was a syringe in the hall that stayed there for 4 days. Then one day the building alarm went off for an hour
