The space
Welcome to my modern, 1200 sq ft home, ideally located next to the historic grounds of the Goodwood Estate. This spacious property comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms: one with a super king-size bed, one with a king-size bed, and one with a set of bunk beds."
Downstairs:
Enjoy the convenience of private off-street parking in front of the garage. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including a gas hob, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, toaster, and kettle. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, providing a pleasant space for meals with your loved ones. During warmer months, you can also relax in the sunny, south-facing garden.
The cozy sitting room features two large, comfortable two-seater sofas and a smaller one-seater chair. Unwind and relax in this space, which also includes a large smart TV for your entertainment. You can easily log in to your own streaming channels.
Upstairs:
On the upper level, you'll find three bedrooms. The king-size room offers a wall-mounted TV, an ensuite bathroom, and ample hanging space. The second king-size room has generous storage, sharing a modern shower and bathroom located on this floor.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire cottage. While I won't be available in person, a professional holiday property management company is there to assist you. The cottage is professionally cleaned, and fresh linen and towels are provided for each stay. Remote self check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and 24/7 guest support is available if you need any assistance.
To make your arrival more comfortable, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided.
Fresh white bedding and towels, including a hand towel and bath towel per person, are included. You'll also find miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack with essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponge, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towel, washing pod, and dishwasher tablets is provided. If you need to purchase any additional items, there are convenient shopping options like Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl, and M&S Food Hall, all within 0.7 miles

Guests have access to the whole house.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
