This apartment is located in a brand-new development right on the famous Royal Sands of Ramsgate. You are located within a couple of minutes walk of the only Royal harbour in the country. Around the harbour there are fantastic bars and restaurants not to mention plenty of attractions. The Ramsgate tunnels are a fantastic local attraction that has recently been reopened. You are right on the doorstep of this. The beach is within a few seconds of the door of your apartment. The bars and restaurants locally are some of the best in the country. You really are in the heart of the area
Guests will be able to access the entire apartment, the cupboard that has the Wi-Fi and electrical components will be locked but can be opened in emergencies. There is a separate internal bicycle store on site that is communal and fully locked but we do recommend individually locking your items.We do not accept any responsibility for any vehicles or items left unattended.
From the moment you enter the apartment you realise how fresh and spacious it is. The lounge kitchen diner boasts a 180° uninterrupted Seaview, standing from the kitchen it feels as if the beach and sea fuse into the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Siemens technology.
The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. Waking up and watching the sunrise in this apartment from your bed is an experience you could never get bored of. Upon opening the triple glazed doors you realise that you have the sound of the waves washing up on the beach which is rather tranquil and relaxing. The master bedroom also has a generous size balcony with outdoor furniture so you can watch the world go by.
The second bedroom is a king room with a 2 port hole style windows...
We also provide a hand towels and bath towels for each person and bath mats in each bathroom. All white satin striped linen is provided for each bed.
In the dining room area you have the island that comfortably seats 4 and a full accompaniment of crockery and cutlery.
The lounge offers a high quality smart TV.
We have a fantastic bus service called the Loop which goes round as the name suggests around the island in a loop, They are every few minutes and you cannot go wrong. The main bus stop is about a four minute walk around the harbour.
The train station is a 15-20 minute walk or five minutes in a taxi. We have the high-speed rail link that can I have you in London in a little over an hour. The local train to Canterbury is under 20 minutes and there are two an hour. The train station in Ramsgate also serves the local towns and there are a few trains an hour to those.
Getting around locally walking is very easy, you come out of the apartments and go left and you can be in Broadstairs within 35 to 40 minutes. Do you have some fantastic walking and cycling routes around the area and the Viking Trail is a must!
We do ask that people take their shoes off when entering the apartment. We do also ask for any defects to be reported upon arrival.
