Sandra is an amazing host and was so helpful throughout our stay. Once we got a handle of best times of day to call taxis to the area the distance from towns didn’t present an issue. 10/10 recommend this villa for your vacation!

We had a great week in this lovely villa. My family of five plus my parents. We have stayed in many villas on the island and this is up there. Amazing views, lovely village and restaurants to walk to, great nearby beaches in a car. Would return.

Once again, an amazing stay !

We had an exceptional stay in this house, for the second time, and once again everything was perfect. The view is simply incredible, breathtaking, and every moment spent on the terrace is pure bliss. The house is comfortable, well equipped and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sandra, the host, is very kind and attentive, always available to meet our needs. We will definitely be back for a third stay!

A fabulous week in a beautiful villa with a view to die for

we are a group of 8 friends who hired the villa for the second time. The rooms are good but there are 2 amazing rooms and 2 perfectly ok rooms - we picked names out of a hat!

The place is amazing!!! The views look fake and there is so much great outdoor space. The one thing they need to work on is check in and check out. It is required that a man comes to the property to check you in and out and he is incredibly rude. During checkout he spent at least 30 mins on the property while we were trying to pack up etc before 10Am checkout which I found inappropriate. Also, he was very difficult when we asked if we could drop our bags an hour earlier than check in time despite me receiving conflicting information about check in. (One said 1300 and another 1500). Besides check in and check out we absolutely loved this house!!!

Very nice, well maintained, vacation villa with the most stunning views

We rented the villa with a group of 9 friends. The villa was perfectly suitable for our group and we had a very nice time. The views were just stunning, we couldn't get enough of it. We would like to thank Sandra and Leo (and his wife) for the perfect communication and service before and during our stay. Everything was perfectly arranged and no question from our side was too much. From early check-in, more towels, taxi etc. Hope to return one day! :-)

Cozy Home with Spectacular Views

A group of 8 stayed here in this lovely home hosted by Sandra. We never got to meet her in person however we did meet with Leo and he showed us around. This house has the best views. The photos don't do justice - it looks even better in person. I love that this house was well equipped - beach umbrellas, coolers, pool noodles and floaties. There are plenty of eating space outside. We hope to come back to this house next year. Thank you again!

View-tastic

The villa was lovely with plants and flowers framing all the incredible views of the sea. It was large enough for our group (5 adults, 3 kids) to find our own little spaces - all with amazing views - but still eat and play cards together. We all had comfy beds and lots of storage space. Service was great - Leo arrived within 30 mins to deliver a new gas canister for the bbq when we ran out mid-grill. Phew. And the kids spent hours in the pool. Which also had great views (did I mention the views?). There are two good local restaurants within walking distance (take sensible shoes, the road is rocky). And a fab little supermarket about 10 mins drive away. Overall, a lovely spacious villa perfect for reading and relaxing with family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful view! We would recommend renting a car to do grocery shopping. We had a very nice week, the house is well equipped with everything you need. We were a group of 9 girlfriends there are two rooms with a big double bed, the other rooms are a bit smaller. A thing that dissapointed us was that although the drain was always clogged from the beginning we had to pay a bill afterwards for fixing it. In addition my friend has forgotten something in the finca, Leo was nice to sent it - of course my friend transferred the costs to him. Afterwards he charged additional money for ,,his time‘‘, although this was not communicated in advance

Beautiful semi remote

This is a beautiful and stunning villa with absolutely amazing views, plenty of room for everyone and space to either all be together or you own little space of tranquility. Great kitchen and outdoor BBQ , it is not really within walking distance of shops or bars so a car is a must, the Ses Boques Restaurant 5 mins drive is an absolute must amazing fish restaurant with great service; atmosphere superb and location beautiful. We had a problem on the Sunday when a door jammed with the keys inside and vital medication inside the bedroom, Leo arrived within 40 mins later to try and fix it but was unable to resolve the issue and a locksmith was called who did arrive several hours later , fully appreciated it was Sunday , he was able to get the door open but needed spare parts as there was a fault with the door and we could not lock the room so had to wait for him to return the next day when he fixed the door. Would I recommend staying at this villa definitely , we all ll had an absolutely amazing time , views, nearby restaurants, 20 mins from the airport nearly perfect could just do with a bar or restaurant a short walk from the villa.

Spectacular views!

The property was even better than expected and specifically the views were really incredible. The pictures can’t even accurately capture it! We loved it so much we spent a lot more time just relaxing at the villa and enjoying the pool and many terraces. We frequented the local restaurants and particularly loved Restaurant Es Cubells, a ten minute walk away. Staff lovely (particularly Jedra) and lunch/dinner menu delicious. Gazpacho, paella, beautiful salads and fish. The small local supermarket next door is handy for the basics but we did a big shop at a nearby Mercadona on arriving from the airport which I would definitely recommend. It is also a little tricky to get taxis to the villa so we usually walked down to the restaurant as it is well known. I would recommend hiring a car even for shop runs, dropping off rubbish and recycling through the week etc. The house was incredibly well appointed and very homely. The kitchen had everything you can think of including a nespresso machine, which the coffee addicts in our group loved. Also loved the orange juice squeezer so but a big bag if you like a glass in the morning!

Incredible view

The location of the villa is very special. It has stunning views of the sea from several terraces. To sit and watch the boats sail by during the day and fabulous sunsets in the evening was magical. It is a great villa for groups or families as there are several terraces and seating areas so one can always find a quiet spot. Equally it is also good for coming together for meals with two outdoor dining areas. It has beautiful gardens/plant pots and the exterior is very well maintained with a lovely pool. Inside is simple but comfortable (the kitchen is quite small and basic) but it has a lovely vibe and was very clean when we arrived. We didn’t mind because you come here for the view which, after 25 years of visiting Ibiza, is the best I have ever enjoyed from a property. Sandra, the owner, was brilliant to deal with and answered any questIons immediately. She was also very helpful and reassuring during the pandemic should we have needed to cancel at any time. Leo the local manager was also very helpful and always on hand and helped us with numerous enquiries, even finding us bikes to ride. I still dream of the view and hope we can return one day. Thank you Sandra.

Un verdadero descanso en un lugar muy acogedor y con hermosas vistas al mar. Además la casa ofrece todas las comodidades para acoger a una familia que desee pasar unas inolvidables vacaciones en Ibiza. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. Der online Beschreibung ist eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen. Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Haus, sehr ruhig. Check in hat bestens geklappt und Leo und Sandra sind immer erreichbar, wenn Fragen auftauchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

I'm a person that felt in love with ibiza, from the first time. I really recomended the island not just because their unique "calas" or beaches, one different from the other.
There is no words to describe Ibiza, just find out for yourself what I'm talking about.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Can Sort es una casa de construcción típica ibicenca, con vistas maravillosas al mar.
El jardín esta rodeado de plantas típicas de la isla, las terrazas son muy agradables para disfrutar mirando el mar , donde se puede ver hasta Formentera.

Es una casa muy cómoda para estar con familia y o amigos, cada uno puede estar en diferentes estancias y sentirse a gusto.
Can sort está en una zona privada , pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Puedes dar paseos caminando hasta llegar a un espectacular acantilado.
En la Casa te sentirás en un espacio de tranquilidad y relax, podras disfrutar leyendo un libro, escuchando música en la terraza con un equipo de música especial para el exterior., o preparando una BBQ.



Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You will have an ensure privacy because is in a selected area, located in a natural environment, otherwise if you feel like going to the beach, within 15 min you will be in Cala D'hort, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
Ibiza town , Marina Ibiza , Port Ibiza town, and the airport are 15 min away from the villa.
San José de sa Talaia, is a small town near to the house, where you can find supermarkets, ATM, pharmacys, local markets, restaurants, ( my favorite is The Passion in San José).
10 minutes away from the house by car you can find a market ( Mestre ), also they have a restaurant Can Mestre, where you can take Paella on thursday… very well done.
