Alfieri Prestige with terrace is a naturally lit penthouse apartment with large windows and is distributed on two levels with an internal staircase.

The entrance area opens to a large living room in which there is a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the beautiful sofas around the coffee table and the fireplace that makes the room even more impressive. Gazing out the large windows across the red tile Florentine rooftops, one clearly sees the beautiful dome of Florence’s landmark cathedral, the Duomo.

On the same main level, we find a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. This bedroom has a queen sized bed suitable for two people. From this room’s floor to ceiling French doors, there is access to the magnificent terrace that has unobstructed views of the Florentine hills, perfect for aperitifs or light meals during the warm season.

The terrace is also accessed from the large kitchen, elegant with marble countertops and fully equipped with the latest appliances. Essential and refined, the large dining room is furnished with a magnificent table for 8 people.

Also on this first floor, there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has1 double bed suitable for two people and the other bedroom has 1 single sized bed with a practical pull-out trundle bed. A second full and modern bathroom with a shower is adjacent to these bedrooms for their use. A useful service bathroom (without shower) located near the kitchen completes the floor.

An impressive internal stone staircase reaches the upper level, where there is another master bedroom area consisting of a bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe area, and a private full modern bathroom with a full sized bathtub and separate shower, and equipped with an elegant double sink.BED LAYOUT
