This was an amazing property with the gorgeous view of sunset over the city! It is very spacious and had all the things we needed for a group of seven. Great location and convenient. Would highly recommend!

A truly amazing apartment!

One of the top 5 apartments that I have had the pleasure of staying in Italy. This apartment is truly modern with all the conveniences that make it feel like home. Excellent kitchen, washer and dryer work great. Huge dining/living area. Location was great...walking distance to everything. I give it my highest recommendation!

Wonderful apartment in Florence

The apartment was exactly as pictured online. It was very clean and had everything we needed (including coffee pods and sugar.). Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. He allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in which we really appreciated. It is in a great location close to everything. We would stay again.

This was a gem of a property ..... 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths.... plenty of space for all 7 of us .... and the views of the Duomo were amazing ! Definitely worth renting this place if you are looking for space and proximity to everything in Florence..... loved my stay here!

The apartment easily accommodated three adults and three kids for four nights. It’s centrally located to many of the top sites in Florence. There were plenty of restaurants and even a bakery around the corner. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence and the accommodation was perfect

The pictures are true to life. The location was perfect with a lot of cute restaurants and shops right around the corner, near all attractions. The host, very responsive, and the caretaker at the apartment when we arrived I was definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay in Florence

We absolutely loved our week stay here. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and made our stay easy and comfortable. The view from the apartment of the Duomo is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for getting around Florence. There is a grocery store within a few minutes walk and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is well appointed and was very comfortable for our family vacation. At the end of the week, none of us wanted to leave this beautiful city and this amazing apartment! This was the perfect place to enjoy our Italian holiday!!

Stunning views, spectacular location

We wanted to stay somewhere near the center of Florence but far enough from the tourists where we could feel immersed…and this apartment absolutely delivered. The neighborhood was perfect with its countless amazing restaurants, and the views of the Duomo from the living room are even better than the pictures in the listing. And Daniela was an excellent host! A ten star experience, couldn’t have been happier. Thanks Daniela!

It was clean and all white, really nice feel. Carmine was sweet. Everything was set up well for us.( Wish they told us the ac’s only work when all the windows were closed , couldn’t figure that one out. lol ). Really great views and location

Stunning penthouse! Clean to the point of sterility, every possible accommodation has been made for your comfort and convenience. The most spectacular view in all of Florence. The host(s) are kind, thoughtful, and ever-so-helpful. There is absolutely nothing lacking here. Elevator, washer, dryer, wifi, plenty of room, fluffy towels, all the kitchen items you could possibly desire. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay here.

Most important was the hospitality of the owners. From you welcome treats to being available for all of our needs. They were even willing to drop off a shirt we left behind at the apartment. Perfect location and ample space!

We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) stay at the property and had plenty of room to feel comfortable and enjoy each others company. The location is perfect with walking distance to all major sites and right around the corner from the Duomo. The view is spectacular and it was wonderful to open the windows and hear the bells on Easter morning. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and the laundry was helpful and easy to use. The elevator is smaller and the apartment is on the 7th floor, but we had no issues taking turns splitting up and walking up or waiting turns for use. Daniela was extremely helpful with questions before we arrived and even went so far as to go to a restaurant we wanted to dine at to make a reservation. Max was easy to communicate with and made check in easy. I would highly recommend the apartment for families or large groups!

Perfect for a group of 6!

The rooftop apartment was perfect for our family of 6. Gorgeous views of the rooftop, Duomo, Bell Tower, and beautiful sunsets every night. Spacious apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms all clean and nicely decorated. Big TV in the living room for the kids when they need a break. It was nice that the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, and laundry detergent for the washing machine. A/C works extremely well. We even used the sewing kit in one of the drawers to fix the button on my husband’s shorts! We could have stayed for a week, no problem! Thank you Daniela, for being such a wonderful property manager, and thank you Max for the excellent and thorough checkin! We will be back! Kathryn G.

Hi, I'm Daniela. I'm from southern Italy but I've been living in Florence for more than 35 years, my 2 kids were born here. I've been involved in touristic rentals since year 2000 starting with american kids studing abraod. My husband Gustavo (in the picture) is a retired criminal lawyer with a strong passion for detective stories and fishing. He owns a boat and loves to spend there as much time as possible; the sea is his element. He is from Naples (a very beautiful city that I suggest anyone to visit ) . We both love cooking for our large family and friends. We also love wine tasting and traveling. I have a passion for Interior Design and I'm the one who renovates the apartments. The other guy in the picture is my son Luca, 20 y.o. now. He is studing at the University of Florence to be and Engeneer. He is a skipper and a Rafting guide. If you would like to enjoy Rafting in the Arno or in another river in Tuscany ask him!

This used to be our family home. Now that our kids are all grown up, we became grandparents so we needed a larger home to welcome all of them.

We love this apartment. The unique benefits are the light and the silence, very hard to find in the center of Florence. During Spring you can see the swallows play in the Sunset and I ensure you that this will restore your spirit and open your heart
