In fact, a short walk takes you to the sea at the historic Bagni Pancaldi and Terrazza Mascagni, the city aquarium, the Naval Academy, downtown, and the sports complex area—including the stadium, sports arenas, the track and field stadium, swimming pools, and the racetrack. <br>In the summer (but not only then), wearing just a swimsuit, a T-shirt, and flip-flops, a walk of less than ten minutes will take you to the picturesque Piazza S. Jacopo in Acquaviva, where, after descending a few steps, you can enjoy a swim in water that’s usually crystal-clear. On the first floor, you’ll find the entrance leading into the living room, a kitchen-dining area, and a guest bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and sink.
