Our home is a spacious studio apartment with a loft offering a beautiful view of the Fosso Reale. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style and is fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 4 people: in the living area, in addition to the kitchenette, there is a queen-size sofa bed, and in the spacious loft there is a double bed and a sofa. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor and is bright and airy; there is no elevator. Air conditioning and heating ensure optimal temperatures year-round. Located in the center of Livorno, the apartment is near the “La Venezià” neighborhood, a charming network of canals winding around the Medici-era Fortezza Nuova, full of bars and restaurants, and very lively in the evenings. The harbor and the sea are about one kilometer away, the beaches about three kilometers, and the beautiful Calafuria cliffs about 10 kilometers. Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find public transportation to reach these destinations conveniently. Livorno is the ideal base for your visit to Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, and Florence are all easily accessible in less than an hour by car or, if you prefer, by train. The train station is about one kilometer away. Around Livorno, in the rolling Tuscan countryside, you can visit many picturesque villages and sample the region’s traditional specialties. Livorno is the least touristy of the Tuscan cities and, as a result, has retained much of its authentic, down-to-earth charm. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The roof is sloped, and part of the loft has a ceiling height lower than a person’s height. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. <br>The property does not have a parking space.
