Holland Park is set within a small upmarket development on the grounds of the former Colleton Plantation. The property is surrounded on all sides with tropical gardens, and a gorgeous private pool with 10 seater jacuzzi and gazebo bar.
There is also Fibre Wifi to keep everyone in touch with those back home!
There are front and rear terraces and all bedrooms lead out on to balconies or terrace.
The ground floor is open plan with a living area with comfy sofas, a dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and drier, oven, dishwasher, hob, large fridge/freezer and microwave

On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom room with an ensuite shower room.
The rear terrace is assessed through the 4th bedroom room ( the terrace can also be accessed from the front of the villa if you do not want to disturb the occupants ) and leads out to a covered gas bbq area, perfect for grilling the catch of the day from the nearby fish market. Large outdoor dining area and comfy sofas leading to pool deck with 6 sunloungers and gazebo bar.
The fabulous private pool with built-in jacuzzi, is perfect for chilling out or a relaxing swim, surrounded by the lush tropical gardens on all sides of the villa.
On the first floor, there are three bedroom suites - all have ceiling fans and air conditioning, the master with UK kingsize bed, walk-in dressing room, ensuite bathroom with w.c, shower over bath and twin basins. Large balcony to the front.

The property benefits from views towards Six Men's Bay (which is just a 5 minute stroll away ) at the front , and a conservation area to the side.
Several restaurants including the well regarded Fishpot and restaurants at the world class Port Ferdinand and Port St Charles marinas are within walking distance , and supermarkets, large white sand beaches, restaurants and beach bars are within a five minute drive into Speightstown
A great family-friendly villa or ideal for sharing would suit families or 2/3 couples

I had this property built to my specifications for my own family's use and for guests to enjoy. I live near Bath in England and own a property business specialising in Commercial , Residential and Holiday Lettings
These days I take a bit of a back seat in the day to running which is now expertly handled by Business Manager Jo and Marketing Manager Tommy who will be happy to assist with any enquiries .
I think the villa is a great place for a relaxing vacation , well equipped for families or groups of friends , with beautiful beaches , shops and marina's close by and the many sophisticated restaurants and great beach bars on the West Coast of Barbados' I am sure you will love it as much as we do!

I chose the area due to the close proximity to the most fabulous beaches in Barbados . The villa is set within a small upscale development with a great mix of British & Canadian expats who escape to Barbados during the colder months at home, along with holiday villas and local families . The platinum West coast offers the best of Barbados

Mary our housekeeper is meticulous in her work and is happy to share her local knowledge and golden nuggets of information to enhance your stay and is loved by all our guests,
