You will have at your disposal two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite; a cozy living room with views of Jardim do Largo José Moreira da Silva; a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table; a laundry storage area; and another full bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your stay.
The apartment is fully equipped, and you won't be lacking anything during your stay. Among the most important amenities, we must highlight that the apartment has air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with a channel box, and Wi-Fi.

Located on Rua Dom João IV, in front of Jardim do Largo José Moreira da Silva, this apartment is ideal for families on vacation, friends, and professionals working in the city of Porto. You’ll be just a few minutes away from key tourist attractions such as Mercado do Bolhão, Capela das Almas, Rua de Santa Catarina, Teatro Nacional São João, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Estação São Bento, Torre dos Clérigos, Livraria Lello, Rua das Flores, and much more.
Around the apartment, you’ll find various local shops, bus stops (lines 202, 206, 300, 502, and more), and Garagem Dom João IV parking, just a 3-minute walk away.
For those wanting to explore further, we recommend taking the number 500 bus, which departs next to São Bento Station. This route will pass through Porto’s Ribeira, along the Douro River, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and the final stop at the Mercado Municipal de Matosinhos, where you’ll find a variety of fresh fish and regional products from northern Portugal.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will apply.
If you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7:00 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – cost upon request.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member for property inspection, with expected monthly visits for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will drop you off at the apartment! Just request it (price upon request).
You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).
