The apartment is located in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Several metro stations, a shopping centre, plenty of shops, and a bus stop are all nearby. The apartment is very modern and well equipped, with a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always responded quickly to our questions.

The property aesthetic was nice. But there was a used toilet brush that had which I thought was unpleasant. Usually when you stay at a place they either provide a brand new toilet brush or there won’t be one at all. The toilet seat was slightly broken too. Considering these things it doesn’t really add up for this place amount spent for only three nights. But other than that the location was good and was right next to Westfields.

Chic little flat in a good location

Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk. Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys at the apartment upon checkout instead of having to return them to the key pickup. Anyways, otherwise no issues.

Gem in Hammersmith

The property was average. Communication with Guest ready was very good, helpful and answered quickly. However, disappointed in overall cleanliness and presentation. Personal items in cupboards including medication which was strange. No provision of tea, coffee or sugar (as a basic). No change of towels or sheets for a nine day stay - was a charge to have this. We washed the towels ourselves as they smelt of curry. Bathroom needed a good clean, very mouldy shower screen and grout. Facilities were good, washer/dryer worked well and good location near Shepherds Bush underground. I wouldn’t stay here again. The area where located was very dirty.
