The Space:
You will have at your disposal an Open Space concept apartment divided into a living area with Smart TV and dining table; a bedroom area with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed; a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Rua da Picaria, which connects Praça D. Filipa de Lencastre to Largo Mompilher, is one of the most iconic streets in Invicta and has its own important history. Here you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, stores selling handicrafts and regional products, pharmacies and the most popular tourist attractions in Porto.

Access to public transport is accessible, the Aliados Metro station is 280 meters from the apartment, the imposing São Bento Metro and Train Station is 7 minutes from the apartment and the Trindade Metro station with a direct link to Sá Carneiro Airport is 550 meters away.

Porto is a city of a thousand charms. We suggest strolling along Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores and Ribeira. Crossing the D. Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset from the Jardim do Morro with a panoramic view of the Douro River and Portugal's most beautiful city will be magical and you'll run out of breath to contemplate all that the Invicta city has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.


The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
