This is an exquisite 4-bedroom villa in the lower part of Kiziltas, a leisurely 15–20-minute downhill walk to the local Thursday market and centre of town or just a further 10 minutes to the old town and harbour area, (during the summer season a short taxi ride or local dolmus for the return is recommended).

Ground Floor
The entrance floor is approached by a pathway and up a flight of steps leading from the lower street level. The living/Kitchen area is open plan and well thought out. The sea view lounge area is light and airy with a large sofa and two armchairs,coffee table and large Smart TV. Full-height sliding glazed doors maximise the magnificent sea views from the living area and lead out onto the pool terrace.The kitchen area is furnished in a sleek modern style incorporating state of the art appliances including a fridge freezer, built-in oven and microwave, hob, toaster and coffee machine. A kitchen island with integral breakfast bar and three bar stools completes the scene. There is also a more formal dining area for eight table located within the living area.
Interconnected to the main living area is a large space to the rear of the ground floor. This space overlooks the rear garden and is equipped with an impressive billiards table, sauna and Turkish bath adjacent to it.
The first of the four bedrooms is also located on this floor. It is a double en-suite with direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor
On the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms, one double and one single. These share a sea view balcony.
Top Floor
The master bedroom occupies the whole of this floor and has its own private sea view roof terrace, stylishly furnished with a small bar, two sun loungers and bistro style chairs and table.

Outdoors
The same stylish theme is carried out into the pool terrace. Here there is a beautiful dining area for eight under a shady pergola and a comfortable seating group from which to enjoy the excellent sea views. The pool itself is some 8m x 4m in dimensions and has a depth of 1.45m. Three sun loungers are located within a shallow area of the pool and there are three more located to the rear of the seating group.
