Charming House Located Close to Zion Two things I always request in advance from my hosts is a couple bottles of ice cold water in the fridge and a pot of coffee for the first morning after we arrive. I forgot to ask this time but not to worry! Our gracious hosts greeted us with both without asking. The rental has all the charm of a house built decades ago, but it's been updated in the areas that mean the most: charging stations for electronics, modern appliances (including a washer/dryer in the immaculate basement), comfortable beds, and newer flooring and windows. The hosts were very responsive and have thought of everything guests will need for a couple nights or longer.

We had a great time staying at the Lemmon House. The property was centrally located to the parks we visited and had everything we needed. Becky was super friendly and gracious and gave us a couple of the best peaches we'd ever eaten. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Hiking The Canyons

House is in a great location. Apprx half hr to Zion and just under 2 hrs to Bryce Canyon. Was perfect for us, but with working remote also Kitchen only had one outlet for plugging in laptop. Only plus would be to have a hot tub - cute back sitting area and plenty of parking :)

Fantastic home in a quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful home situated in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to all that Southern Utah has to offer! The home had everything I needed; supplies for cooking, toiletries, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Mike and Becky were an absolute dream and very quick to respond. I will definitely be using this place in the future!

Huntsman Sr Games

We stayed in Hurricane as we were participating in the Sr Games in St George but we also wanted ot be close to Zion National park. This was a perfect location as we were 25 minutes to our soccer venue and 25 minutes to Zion. We liked being in a smaller community that had a good choice of restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook when we wanted to. Cute little house in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location close to Zion and Bryce National Parks

We enjoyed our stay at the Historical Lemon house while visiting both Zion and Bryce National Park. The property was as described and very very clean. All communication from the host, Mike was received almost immediately when we reached out. The home was well stocked with all the linens, pillows and blankets you could possibly need, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with ample dishes and pans along with a variety of coffee, bottled water and a variety of other necessities for cooking. Both laundry soap and dryer sheets were available to use with the washer and dryer in the home. Both Mike and his wife were very friendly and provided us with restaurant recommendations in the area. We highly recommend the River Rock Roasting Company they recommended; the cinnamon & orange rolls were WONDERFUL!! Mike also accommodated us with an early check-in which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Fantastic vacation!

Beautiful little house in a quiet neighborhood within 30 mins to 3 hours of incredible day trips for hiking, sightseeing and adventure. We plan on coming back sooner than later! Mike and Becky have a wonderful property!

Great and cozy

You can tell a lot about a rental from its toilet paper. Lemmon house had some of the plushest I've ever used. The rest of the place was just as good.

Perfect stay

Very cute historic antique house. Aan absolutely great neighborhood convenient to everything. Very well stocked and supplied. Very quiet on a small city street. Only sound w sometimes were birds singing. Host was very nice and we had no issues with anything. Although old it was very clean and everything worked great including wi fi A little limited on electric outlets but not a real issue. Hurricane is great. Cannot think of any negative. Perfect for 2 people and maybe a kid or two. If we are ever in area again would definitely book here if available

This property is located next to our family home jointly about 2 acres. My wife has lived in Hurricane for the better part of 60 years. She attended grade school, middle school and high school here in the Hurricane valley. She also worked for Dr. Greg Last a local second generation physician for nearly 20 years. Most of are children and grandchildren still live in Hurricane.
