Enjoy the gateway to Zion National Park in this ground floor 2-bedroom condo. Conveniently located just off of I-15. This beautifully decorated unit features 2 king beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. This unit also has A/C, WiFi, and 3 TV’s. Enjoy year round access to the swimming pool, lazy river and hot tub. Other resort amenities: Fitness Room, Basketball and Tennis courts, BBQ’s, Fire Pits and Indoor pool. Nearby attractions include: Sand Hollow and Quail Creek recreational areas.(over sized parking available)

What an amazing property and hosts! Just the right size for our family of 4. The house is very new and beautifully decorated and loved that it's on the first floor facing the pool. The pool area is awesome and the kids loved spending most of the day there. It felt like we were at a mini resort. We'll definitely stay here again.

Home was beautiful and clean! Great location and close to the pool. There was no Keurig but coffee grinds and filters were provided for the traditional coffee pot which was a nice touch. No seasonings so bring your own. And although pictures show a grill, you have to pay 100 to reserve use of the community grill by the pool area. There’s a liquor store and gas station right by the place which was convenient and Walmart is a few miles away. Overall, would book again!

Beautiful property! Loved the ground floor for easy access and the pool was so much fun! We stayed with a toddler and found there was no pack n play and there were no blackout curtains in any of the rooms. There were also no kid friendly plates or cups so be sure to bring your own! For departure you are required to strip the beds, take out the trash, do the dishes, and pile the linens. Checkout is at 10:00 am. Doing all of that while packing and loading with a toddler before 10:00 wasn’t ideal. We have stayed at other places in this same complex that were a little more kid friendly!I would definitely stay here again if I only had adults or older kids! It was very clean and beautifully decorated!

Picture Perfect!

The great thing about new places is they are really clean, just like this one. Great beds, linen, and all spaces were exactly as in the pictures.This unit has the easiest access to the pool area, right around the corner. No steps to get in the front door and parking really is just steps away.The downside to new properties is you need to bring all the spices and food packaging you might need. There hasn't been time for supplies to build up. But the kitchen basics are there. And the A/C works great in every room.Lots of little touches to make you feel welcome. The owner promptly answered any question. A very nice guy.

You can tell a big difference between properties that are just run by a distant company and those where the owners tried hard to make it special. The home was beautiful, clean, easy access to the freeway, right by pool, bottom floor, and overall just excellent. Will definitely try to stay here again anytime I’m in the St. George area.

Wonderful property! High quality beautiful decor. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lazy river. The living room furniture and the bed were very comfortable! It was 45 minutes from Zion Canyon and 20 minutes from Kolob Canyon just up the highway. Kolob Canyon was a pleasant surprise and should not be missed!
