The Cliff at Cupecoy está ubicado en uno de St. Las mejores playas de Maarten, Cupecoy Beach.

La suite de 3 dormitorios cuenta con vista al mar, todas las comodidades y privacidad, elegantemente amueblada, que ofrece un confort y lujo excepcionales.

La propiedad residencial del condominio Cliff at Cupecoy Beach es muy tranquila y privada, lo que le resultará un ambiente muy relajante después de un largo día recorriendo la isla, haciendo compras y haciendo turismo.

Las 3 habitaciones tienen un control deslizante a un gran balcón con vistas a los acantilados de arenisca, el mar Caribe y las islas cercanas y tienen cama king, baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y armario.

La gran sala incluye un área de comedor con mesa y asientos para 6.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con pequeños electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina.

Un cuarto de lavado separado dentro de la unidad contiene una lavadora y secadora apilables de tamaño completo.

The Cliff está ubicado frente al complejo Atlantis Casino. Además del casino, el complejo incluye aproximadamente siete restaurantes (Temptation, Rare, La Gondola, etc.). El aeropuerto está a cinco minutos en coche de The Cliff. Hay una playa en la base del lado caribeño de The Cliff. La playa Mullet Bay y la playa principal de Cupecoy están a unos 5 minutos a pie. Great location

Great location. Unit was very nice and had many amenities. We requested and were granted an early check in, which was very gracious. Unfortunately our internet was not working until Monday, but a neighbor in the building offered us to use theirs to communicate with the manager, when they forgot to drop off the beach chairs. The manger was very nice. Elevator stopped working two times during the trip, but the building management had someone there to repair it within 24 hours each time and this offered us an excellent opportunity to get some cardio after eating some great food during our stay.

We were a bit skeptical at first. We are new to the Caribbean and the conditions of the roads and drivers gave us a bit of a jolt. Once we got to our room and saw the view and were there a few days we felt at home. Accommodations were great. The elevator was sketchy sometime, but worth every penny.

Loved this condo

Loved this condo so much! Just as described. Spectacular place with awesome ocean and beach views. Saw sea turtles one morning from the deck. Plenty of room for a large family of 6 and a short walk to a beautiful not crowded beach called Mullet. The beach in front was great, secluded, and really private. You will find it difficult to leave!

Exceptional location

Unfortunately the apt needs some tlc - light in bathroom not working - a/c half working - other bathroom fan super noisy - we asked for a second key and never got it - washer machine makes a very loud noise but was told that is normal?? No toilet paper was left and also not lots of towel that is why I went to use the washer and got this loud tumbling noise - we were told that the apartment had beach chairs but couldn’t find - the location is superb

Fraudulent listing

This place was listed at being at “The Cliff”, and that’s where our taxi took us. Coincidentally, that’s where the property manager was waiting for us. She drove us to the real location as it wasn’t walkable. It was a bait and switch, and we had a hard time finding where we would stay for the week because their wifi coincidentally was down at the time. We spent 30 minutes there before leaving for another hotel. We are still trying to get our money back from VRBO. Seems VRBO guarantee isn’t worth much. FWIW the host has updated their description to be honest now. The ladies at the Cliff knew exactly what was going on and felt bad for us.

Clean, wonderful view, all was well.

My biggest and only pr6is that the elevator only worked half the time and with my 74 year old mother in law, this was dangerous , she fell twice on the steps, because each doorway there are different levels of height for the door. If fact we all tripped on this issue. Otherwise, just as advertised. I would say 5 stars if not for the elevator, we was there 11 days, on the top floor. I am definitely not whining, just warning for the residents commented, that this is a continuing problem, and more than half the time the elevator is down. Only one elevator in building.

Beautiful beach, great location

This was a great property for our family's needs. The private beach was beautiful and not at all crowded while we were there. The sand was white, the water was clear, but there wasn't much going on under the water. A few fish if you swam out a bit, but not much otherwise. The beach was easily accessible for us, youngish couple with kids, but could be problematic for older people or people with medical issues as it is down a fairly steep staircase. The pool was beautiful, well maintained, and there were always beach chairs available. There was quite a bit of contruction going on in the building while we were there in the main entrance, the spa, and the pool bathrooms. It seems that once the construction is finished it will look pretty luxurious. There are no restaurants, bars, etc on site, but there is an area ~7 min walk away with a few restaurants, bars, cafes, and a good supermarket. We walked to Cupecoy Marina for dinner a couple of nights. It is about ~15 min walk. While the walks are short, there are no sidewalks/pavements, so it was a bit difficult with a stroller. Jade, the consierge, was reallly helpful! She helped us book taxis, gave info on beaches, and helped us charter a boat for a day. There were a couple of things that needed fixing in the property, but maintenance was quick to fix them. There were beach chairs, an umbrellla, and some pool noodles available for use. The kitchen was functional and well stocked with utensils, and there were some snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment and balcony were very spacious. The location is conveniently located for the airport. Though, taxis on the island are very expensive, no matter how short the trip.

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Right on the beach. Next door to a casino, restaurants and nightlife. Communication with host was amazing. Nothing negative to say here. Would definitely recommend.

oceanfront stay

Great location for a stay in St Maarten. Close enough to Maho (1 minute drive) and close enough to The french side with Marigot (10 minute drive to Marigot). The condo was clean and had everything we needed. John was able to answer all our questions and help us when needed. We loved our 5 day stay, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely condo with everything you need

Great value, great location. This condo was the perfect place to stay if you're looking for great value, quiet/secluded, and close to the water. For us the location was perfect. You're also close to restaurants and bars and the less frequented beaches. Hosts were friendly.

Relaxing holidays by the sea

The condo is beautiful!!! I wish we could live there! Ophelie greeted us when we arrived and went over any questions we had. The ocean views are incredible. The amenities at the Cliff are great. We barely used the car and stayed most of the time at the beach in front or at the pool.

Perfect location

This was such a great spot with the ocean right off the balcony. Beautiful complex with great amenities. Perfect location close to restaurants, casino and nightlife. Mullet beach is also 3 min walking. The private beach in front was very cool. Clean, neat, well-kept. We all recommend this place!

Cosy and clean condo

The condo was amazing. Had a beautiful ocean view from living room and the 2 bedroom. Fit the whole family of 7 comfortably. This was a cozy and clean place.The managers were great and quick at responding. The pictures barely do it justice. The private beach was perfect for our 3 kids.

The Cliff was an excellent choice

Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo is set up and well decorated and the ocean views are stunning. We leave the windows open to hear the waves crashing below. The beach in front was great and calm for the kids.

Wonderful stay

John And Ophelie made us feel very welcome. We had drinks, snacks, cookies, and a bottle of local rum when we arrived. They were especially accommodating in letting us in earlier than the check in time for our toddler who was very tired after a long flight. The place looks much nicer than the pictures and was very clean. The private beach was awesome. The condo has everything you could possibly need, from beach towels, sand toys, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we come back to SXM

Amazing stay at The Cliff

The Cliff was amazing. The view is exactly like the pictures if not more stunning. I didn't want to leave by the end of it! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We could hear the noise of the waves before sleeping. The amenities at the Cliff were great, the indoor pool, the spa, the jacuzzi. And our managers were friendly. Thanks
