Bienvenido a un increíble baño de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños que tiene algo para todos. Con 2 habitaciones con cómodas camas king size, una habitación adicional con una nueva reina y, finalmente, la habitación litera favorita de la familia complementada por aparadores. La gran sala tiene mucho espacio para pasar el rato, jugar juegos y comidas de grupos grandes. Las ventanas en la unidad final miran hacia el sur y el oeste y un balcón con barbacoa listo para disfrutar.

La cocina es abierta y espaciosa, con un diseño moderno y electrodomésticos. Una lavadora y secadora en la unidad y la piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi a solo 30 pasos de distancia, apenas tiene que salir de la unidad. Sin embargo, Mammoth está destinado a ser disfrutado. Así que estacione su automóvil durante la semana y camine hasta las dos paradas de transporte que lo llevarán por la ciudad, a los centros turísticos, restaurantes y lagos, todo de forma gratuita. Quiet, fun, clean and spacious

This home is one of the best. Well equipped kitchen, clean, spacious rooms. Games and a pool for all. Nice area with trees. Besides sightseeing, there are playgrounds and walking trails in town. A great trip for all ages!

Mammoth Ski Trip

Stayed at the house for an annual ski trip with friends. Great layout, very spacious. Exactly what you’d want in a spot for a ski trip. Super convenient location, easy to get on the bus line, walking distance to a grocery store, brewery, and multiple restaurants. Todd was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions we had.Would stay here again!

Great Property

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely townhome in Mammoth! The property was beautifully maintained, with all the necessary utilities and supplies provided to make our visit comfortable and convenient. The pictures on the VRBO site honestly don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person. The beds were incredibly comfy, which made for restful nights after long days on the mountain. The central location was perfect, with easy access to everything Mammoth has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

All around 5 Star!

First time staying here. We came for spring break with family and friends. We had a group of 9. Perfect location! We were able to walk to dinner and the bowling alley. Very clean and updated condo. Property owner Todd was very helpful, friendly and fast response. He checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to let us know he was always available. Thanks for an amazing condo Todd. We all agreed we will be booking again!

A memorable and unforgettable trip of a lifetime

The check in process was so easy and seamless. The property itself was clean and organized. All appliances worked correctly and the parking was literally in front of the unit! Easy access to the pool and jacuzzi. The fireplace was the center of attraction in the cold snowy winter and the property had dry firewood for us to use!!! Best place I’ve rented in Mammoth in the past 15 years our family has been going there. A big special thanks to Todd for easy communication throughout the whole process! Made our stay super special.

Perfect for Our Family - Great Experience!

We were very impressed with this property and would gladly stay there again. Great layout with master bedroom and living area upstairs. The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs. Some things we liked most: - Pretty private location. Adjoins one other unit. Heard them only once on Saturday night. Otherwise, wouldn’t have known anyone else was nearby. - Kitchen is fully stocked. So convenient having a separate griddle. Also so nice having Ziploc baggies in pantry. - Can’t say enough about how responsive and hospitable the owners are. If I could give 6 stars for this, I would. - Property was clean and well-maintained. - Near Vons. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing, will definitely recommend this place.

We've been to many beautiful places and stayed in some really nice homes and not so nice homes. I can say this home was in the really nice category. The house was spacious and well designed, comfortable beds, all the kitchen amenities and beautiful view and best off all had a bidet (if you've never experienced a bidet, you are definitely missing out). It was centrally located and was near a bus station to get into town or a short walking distance from Vons and a few coffee shops. I cant go without saying how nice the owners were and how helpful they were before and after the trip. Because this was our first trip to the Mammoth lake area and definitely not the last one, I had many different questions about the area and the activities. They went out of their way and provided me with a detailed instructions of the items I asked about. If this is your first time going to Mammoth lake or you have been here before I definitely recommend this place!

Nice kitchen but not pet free

We enjoyed our stay at this unit and come to mammoth often staying all over town. The kitchen and baths were updated and location was great. My only concern was that we traveled with someone who was allergic to dogs. With a bottle of pet stain spray in a cabinet we know it was trouble for him. He spent most of the stay sick. We have stayed at many places in mammoth and I would say the carpet in this unit was the worst we had ever seen. The rest of the unit seemed to be well kept, but there were large stains in nearly every room. Owners were easy to work with upon arriving and finding no firewood. They quickly helped to get it ordered.

Thank you for the candid feedback, we strive to make every stay a great one. As a result, we are very sorry to hear that the carpet appeared to be in such bad shape. Amazingly it is only 2 years old but in the mountains it gets a lot of wear and tear and was also recently cleaned. We will get a professional cleaner in there again and it should be back in great shape again. The pet spray is news to us. No pets are allowed and no one has ever mentioned any issues with pets. We'll ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned just in case someone broke the rules and brought in a pet. We take a lot of pride in our place and enjoy it frequently with our own families. My daughter and I are both allergic to pets and didn't have any problems 3 weeks ago. We'll make sure it is at the highest quality moving forward, again thank you.

Great condo

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of space for two families. We also enjoyed the proximity to the pool, the well stocked kitchen with tons of kitchenware, the provided fire wood, etc. Host was very responsive and flexible. Thank you!

BEST place to stay

We absolutely love everything about this property.The location was perfect, less than a minute walk to the shuttle stop. You are guaranteed a seat , as you are one of the first to be picked up. The pool/jacuzzi is right next door, which is super convenient. The property itself is clean, new and set up perfectly for kids/adults with 3 bedrooms on the downstairs floor and one master on the top floor, with a private bathroom. The living room is huge and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and is very spacious, as well. The owners are super responsive and helpful. I accidentally left a few articles of clothing behind and they graciously offered to mail them to my home for me. We will DEFINITELY be staying again! Thank you Todd and Leon!

Clean, well laid out condo for 9 people

We had 6 teens and 3 adults at the Condo for a ski race training at Mammoth. Because of Covid and keeping everyone home for the safety of all, we cooked every meal for all 9 of us in the condo. The kitchen has all the supplies needed and is well outfitted. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for the group and the condo was clean and updated. The condo is 12 minutes drive from the main Mammoth lodge where kids needed to meet for race training.

We are two families who have known each other for over 20 years. We have always enjoyed skiing/biking and enjoying the outdoors. As our families have grown we have decided to get more space so we can enjoy great mountain time with friends and family.

This condo serves all of our needs and now we are sharing it with others. Plenty of space for multiple families to enjoy.

We love the size of this 4/3, the location close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and the market and the ability to take the trolley everywhere. Once we are parked we are finished. And with an indoor/outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and sauna it is perfect to unwind after long days enjoying the outdoors.
