Floor to ceiling windows and balcony offer natural light to flood into the open plan kitchen. Enjoy family time with a dining area with seating for 8, and additional bar seating for four, while you prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen with gas range, granite countertops, pantry and all the necessary appliances. The upper deck features a private gas grill where you can grill like a pro while enjoying those sweeping Mountain View’s. A private laundry room with washer and dryer gives all of the comforts of home. On the upper level of the home the primary suite upstairs boasts a King bed and private en-suite full bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. There is a second master bedroom downstairs with King bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, walk-in closet and access to the private downstairs deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee and those breathtaking views year-round. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom with two Twin bunk beds for a total of 4 Twins. These two bedrooms share a hallway full bath on this lower level with tub/shower combo. An additional full bath with walk-in shower is on the upper level. Enjoy an additional den/media room with large smart TV, a full size pool table and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. With a 2 car garage and entry mud room, you can store all your gear after a day of adventuring and have the convenience of private garage parking. The large driveway offers ample space for additional vehicles. This split-level corner townhome is perfect for your family gathering or Mountain retreat, including Fido, and provides enough space for the whole family to spread out. Thanks for the review, and we hope you enjoyed the property. Yes we do require a signed rental contract to protect our company and our owner's, and our guests. This prevents against fraudulent transactions, and it's a simple request for signature on an electronic document to authorize a charge to your credit card, so it's for everyone's protection.
